2007 Honda CBR1000RR - K&N Air Intake Replacement

Dont forget to put a thin film of grease where the filter seals to the air box, and oil them properly . Thanks for the video

I found it interesting to be two filters. In the cbr 600rr 2007 I had, it was just one, in a different shape, kind of trapezoidal. But it is because on the 600 is a single air intake in the front fairing. Already in 1000 air enters the sides, so there are two. With an open exhaust and the K&N filter should give you an extra 10 hp ... it's worth it! You don't need anything else. The power commanders do get better, but I don't know if oena is worth messing with either. Congratulations on the video. very good.

You should remove the ECU MORE easy I always remove it when I clean my air filters .

First comment! Great video and details. I'm just getting ready to do this myself for the first time on my 06 cbr 1000rr. How was the improvement in performance with those k&n filters?

Thanks for watching, I didn't think it was gonna make a difference intially but after riding the bike on the old filters seemed like it was choking and with these filters its like a brand new bike now it rides so much smoother.

k & n equals slower than stock air filters
