Idk, I think LA has beat everyone on illegal fireworks, try coming here on the 4th of July. Ironically.....all the people who wave and honor their Mexican flags somehow have the most fireworks on the US's independence day. But I will say, this is very impressive for New Years, and I've been to Time's Square and Vegas on NYE.
This is only on Oahu, all 8 islands set off fireworks every year. Last year, there were over 2 million dollars in illegal aerials shot off on NYE, think it's pretty safe to say the fireworks ban deters no one from ringing in the new year.
We don't even care too much about the 4th.....Independence? 🤔 Hawaii celebrates the New Year big cuz we survived the expenses that we gotta pay on this island 😂
