@@kkjk6186 just full the radiator mate with coolant and start the car until the bubble comes out 😉 just double check also your heater hose going inside the car if there is a coolant flowing to it 😉

The jiggle valve should be set within 5° of either side of the prescribed
position. Shown here to the bottom of the left bolt hole.
Lower nut ended up stripping while attempting removal. Hardly any space to get in there. Hoping that a hammer/chisel can remove it.

If you have a new coolant mate i will not drain the radiator just be careful don’t do the job when engine is hot cheers Oliver 😉

You should wear gloves, toxic chemicals like coolant and that spray you used can absorb through your skin.
