@@garageliftrunner They will be fine for road running 5k-10k, tempo, etc. I think they would be perfect for what you are doing.
@@garageliftrunner I mean these guys say they feel better at sub 5 pace but they are going to say that if their sub 4 milers. For 99% of the customers they are perfect for anyone running 10k and under. Any more than 10k id wear vaporfly.
