I stuck with this one set the whole workout, haven't worked out in a while and my legs are now jello and it was like a ten minute exercise. 🤘

Leg muscles workout and effective for short riders. To add up, I tried doing this on a trampoline, got more result including the balance for uneven surface.

Hello, can u tell me which muscles we use when we lift the right leg to get on the motorcycle and sit,i have some sort of unbalance pelvis and try to figure how it happen

Hey, so I do horse riding and have thought about this question. If I forget about the hoisting of my first leg in the stirrup then I would say this:
Balance is definitely derived from the core. Keeping strong, sucking belly button to spine is important.
Then you need the flexibility of the standing legs quadricep and the working legs (the one swinging over the seat) hamstring. Both legs adductors are also being worked.
I would suggest standing on one leg and pulsing your adductors with a flexed foot to the side.
Also a turned out squat (feet pointing outward diagonally) - remember knees over toes.

I know I'm late but figured I'd add this for anyone else. Stretch muscles that would restrict you like iliopsoas and gracilis and strengthen your glute med to stabilize your pelvis. Side lunges will be good for stretching one side while strengthening the other so start there. Source: I'm a physical therapist, patient told me they got these goofy exercises from this video so I had to see for myself

There are great, but hard to imagine most guys - especially bike rider types - actually doing these
