Unreal effort! Bolero sleeves were the difference after all ;-)

Hairspray? sometimes used to stop aero socks from slipping down

Yeah it's just called pre tape spray. It's used for kineseo tape so it's good for your skin

You said in your training you wanted to bring cramp on ,why that ?

I wanted to go hard enough in training so that I wouldn't get cramp in the race.....
.....it didn't work! 😅
