Man those bushings were toast! Makes you wonder what kind of life this go-cart had before you bought it. They must’ve pushed it out of a plane or chucked it 30ft. in the air🤣! Great work Jason! 👍

I'm not sure why some were replaced, but the rest weren't. Sure made a world of difference though.

Those upper A arm, urethane bushings are the toughest. Getting the Sleeve to line up in the tough urethane isn't easy.

Nice job Jason! 😁👍 It's crazy how bad the bushings were! I wonder if thats common. Take care and looking forward to the next project 🔧🔩

I think it's fairly normal wear and tear. If these new ones wear out fast, I'm going to make my own out of teflon.

Nice video. What size tire wheels did you just put on?

Are your new center caps going to rattle around?

I recently bought a used 2010 Club Car DS with 12” wheels with no lift and the front left tire barely rubs at full turn. Do you think adding a brand new left spring would help with the slight rub on the front tire or am I better off buying new shocks/putting a block to lift it slightly?

Mine did the same thing. I made a 1" spacer and got 4 longer bolts for the front leaf spring.

@@sparksfireandbalingwire8467 Spacer sounds like the way to go
