I have a 1999 Club Car DS and need to remove the back half of the body. This was VERY helpful. Thanks for taking the time to do this. It is MUCH appreciated.
Thank you!!! I was looking (just like you) for a video on how to remove the front clip on my recent purchase. This was perfect timing as I need to Align my carts front wheels.
So my project is a 2000.5 DS that has lived near the beach in Florida most of its life. Every single fasteners is totally corroded, seized or nearly disintegrated. Its been 3 nights of battling to get the body off. I got the roof off the first day, seats the next, now working the final body screws. Got the front off this morning and will work the main today. I need a stainless steel fastener kit for this entire cart. Any ideas who may sell the whole kit or a listing of all the fasteners?
As he said, not many DS body removal vids and this one is well done!
Thank You. I Have a 1987 DS 36v that needs some work. This helped me get started.
Thanks for doing this... Just started working on my 2004 DS that got flooded in August Hurricane...
This video was certainly a major time saver, glad to have found it

Both Home Depot and Lowes have stainless steel screws and bolts in their screw department.
Shepherds Chapel?
how did you get the shift lever off ? I took out the screw but will not come off!! idk if it's seized or what
If you mean the forward-neutral-reverse lever, it is only held on by the screw. Your handle must just be stuck.
Great video! Where is the solenoid located?
I am not sure which solenoid you are referring to. I do not recall mentioning a solenoid in this video.
What if you have the gas version and you have the choke in the way
Sorry, I don't know.
Would love to buy that front body cowl from uniform u still have it
I no longer have the old body parts. Thanks for watching.
