A quick run through of some options for firearms purchases in Massachusetts. I explain some rifles first and then pistols. These are my opinions and insight after being a gun owner for 7 years in MA.

Massachusetts was one of the original colonies. How did they lose their way? Hopefully SCOTUS starts ruling on the 2A cases before them so your state and others can fully enjoy you Constitutional rights. Keep up the good work. We're all in this together.

There is a few pccs that are easy to find: Keltec sub2k, Cz Scorpion evo 3, Kriss vector, ptr 9r (mp5 clone), and highpoint. I’ve heard some shops will sell 9mm ar15s because it meets 7/16 reinterpretation But most won’t sell it. There is a few colt 9mm preban ar15s kicking around. All the pccs in MA are sold in rifle configuration because of the pistol roster. Goodluck!

I go to North Shore Firearms in Middleton, precision point firearms in woburn, or patriot arms in Ipswich mainly. Far from you. I see/hear a lot of prebans and all sorts of stuff comes from the cluster of shops in Littleton. I have personally been in Maga arms there and met Sherif. I use to go to a shop called the old mil gun shop (maybe it was in lunenburg) but it’s closed. For now keep checking Armslist. Good luck, thanks!
Besides a 43x, I’m interested in the p365. The shop near me has 2 and both have manual safeties. Yours on the video doesn’t, right? Is that MA compliance ?
It’s consumer protection crap not compliance. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to purchase them legally from scalpers. One proven way to buy them is to become leo. Which is what I did.
Not as is. Stock has to be pinned and welded and there's no high cap mags that were made before 94. I believe mags have to be fixed 10 round. Scar 16s you have more leeway because they accept pre ban ar15 mags
Same here. I really want the 43x but finding one for under $760 is difficult. I’m only occasionally finding them on the Northeast Shooters forum classifieds. Can one be purchased in NH and sent to a local FFL ? Any recommendations for a dealer in eastern MA?
@@kevincharles9159 no FFL will transfer it because of bull crap consumer protection. Even though it’s on the list. You have to be active/retired leo in order to get a glock pistol (or sig with no manual safety). Again, It’s consumer protection crap not compliance related otherwise you wouldn’t be able to get them from scalpers. You will have to get one from a scalper most likely, or become leo, or figure out how the scalpers doing it. North shore firearms is a good shop. Northeast arms is good. The one in Ipswich is cool if you get Big John o help you out. Four seasons has a lot of stuff but not a big fan how they rush you in and out. Collectors in Stoneham is okay too.
@@JaredWalsh thanks. That clarifies things a lot and explains the high prices on the guns I like , that the scalpers have. It’s probably more economical to get a 365 from a dealer (I’m near Collectors) w/ a MS, than one without from a scalper.

Scar 17s is MA compliant and that’s all you really need.

Glock 42 or 43 is what you want. Gonna be hard to find in MA though. 42 is very comfortable for edc.
