What tone! What phrasing! I have never used the word before: SUBLIME. I am a musician and guitarist, have studied under the best, listened to the best, and since listening to Glenn Gould play J.S. Bach, I have never been so moved as now listening to Petrit Çeku. Thank you, Mr. Çeku.

If you played Bach on a trash can lid, it would still sound good, but when played as beautifully as this, it just knocks you over.

There was a moment, however brief, i thought i was going to learn the prelude on classical guitar. A moment of hope traded for inspiration.

2:15 is clearly so much easier to play on the guitar in regards to his left hand. My god that section is annoying on the cello. Thumb position, in first position. fellow cellists know the struggle

Very nice... but i don't understand why the guitarrist always plays the Bach's trills like a harpishcord? .... (double strings) it is not natural for cello's technique.
Because it's on a guitar! LOL! The guitar not only lends itself to double-string execution, it demands it.
