- I grabbed $175 Face Value in Junk Silver in a bag filled with all of my silver dealer's available Walking Liberty, Ben Franklin and Kennedy Half dollars. I was hoping to find some key or semi-key dates, and perhaps even a variety or two!
Hopefully you all enjoy this video! I may also hit up some pawn shops and thrift stores to see if there are any hidden treasures hanging out in there too!

Hey Rob, if you are ever looking to get more Canadian pennies, get some boxes from the metro Detroit area. Every box here seems to average 20 or so Canadians, with several from the 1940s
Bought 200 fv of bu 1964 kennedys. Found 6 ddos 3 tdos and 2 qdos. Sending em all to get graded lol

That was sweet! I've had good luck searching junk silver for varieties - as my LCS doesn't even look for them. And the varieties for the 1964-P have been tough for me to find as well. Another great video!

Hey Rob, I found something in my last box of nickels that I bet NOBODY had ever found. I found a diamond anniversary band smack dab in the middle of a roll of nickels. How it go there is anyone's guess and how it got through the machine rollers at Loomis is ever a bigger mystery. At first I thought I was a foreign coin cuz I saw the diamonds which look like a reeded edge, but I flattened it out and boom, there is was. CRAZY!!!

I have a 1878 Morgan Silver dollar. It might be Philly or possibly S liberty halves and pre Washington quarters. Anyway your channel keeps me watching. Might try and take a few photos and find a way to get them to you.

The 1947 half dollar is interesting it because it’s the last year that they had a symbolic female image of liberty on any of the regular circulation coins. After this it was all presidents or other specific individuals. Also the 1947 is kind of a low mintage as well.

I don’t either. These were circulated coins so I didn’t see a need for kid gloves.
@@RobFindsTreasure Then you shouldn't be surprised when some have scuffs and scratches. Just feel that all classic US coinage, regardless of condition, deserves respectful handling, especially considering many of your subscribers are the target customers for these. 🪙

You're a fun, enthusiastic inspiration to the hobby in a forum I wish existed when I started collecting in the 70s as a teen, so I'm not trolling you.
