I love this beautiful home! It is simply stunning! My concern is I am a senior citizen who is unable to handle stairs and to make a bed that is lofted as yours is. I would love to see you do one like this that is longer to allow a bedroom on the main floor. The bathroom is perfect, just need handicap bars in the shower and a seat, maybe even one of the fold down seats. I love the kitchen, living room, and the stunning floor covering. I love this home so much, I’d buy it with the stairs, if I could physically go up and down them. Ahhh, precious memories of those younger years…
It would help if you filmed a consistent walk-through all at once so viewers get a better feel of the flow of the space. I know each room well but I don't know how the rooms flow in relation to each other.
You might want to rethink that microwave placement. While it seems like a great idea, in actuality it an accident waiting to happen.when you place a microwave above shoulder height, you lose sight of the back edge of the dish/bowl/plate obscuring your ability to hold it level and 9 times out of 10 you unintentionally tilt the dish towards you & often resulting in hot food falling towards your face and upper body. Better to put it in a slide out drawer or a pull down lift.
@@lisaa.1136 sadly I had one placed up like that in a class C and continually spilled hot food on myself until one day I got it on my neck & chin. Left a scar so I ripped it out and put it lower. Why I didn’t do the first time I got hit I don’t know.
@@rhargrow8399 I’m 65 with 2 knee replacements, step stools are not in my wheelhouse any longer and even if it were juggling a plate/bowl of hot food without two feet firmly underneath is still not ideal.
This is lovely. The standing room in the loft is something I couldn’t do without and this might seem boring but handrails are definitely vital. It always bothers me when they’re left out.
I really appreciate that there are so many different styles of tiny homes for any variety of uses, personal tastes & budgets. This one is absolutely beautiful and will be perfect for the person or people who want a tiny home, but yet wish to pay for more upscale features.
This is a very beautiful tiny home. There are two things I would like to see in your designs, a place for garbage cans and a pull out pantry/spice rack storage. Other than that wow I love it!
This is really beautiful! I personally would have liked to see it at 10.5 wide and that space next to the refrigerator (if it were a bit wider) could be used for a pull-out pantry, but great job all! This is gorgeous! Love the tiles, love the thought that went into the stairs and the loft and especially love the kitchen 🙂
This is really beautiful and I love the details that you've taken such care and consideration to add. We moved into our 5th wheel with our 7 yr old daughter and 180 lb Mastiff 😅. The one thing about any RV or tiny home is the washer and dryer. The combo's are horrible and never get your clothes dry. Other than that, this is a beautiful build😊
This home is beautiful. One thing I would love to see is an area for a stackable washer and dryer. I have heard quite a few negative things about combos so I’d rather have two separate units. And I like the idea of it being 10.5 wide. Love the standing height closet. I would like a few cabinets in the kitchen instead of just the shelves, maybe a combo of shelves and cabinets. If they’re placed just right maybe it make it look like a tight space.
I do love the standing height closet and the digital entry. There are so many things to love and consider about these homes. You guys do a great job of putting everything together. I'd like to see more!
Omg! Sweet! Loving that stove/cooking surface idea. Maybe a roll top door for the microwave so, one can choose to keep it open... Can't imagine what this whole thing costs.. but, it is Fantastic!
Someday, I’m going to find a well laid out tiny home that’s only a single story. No stairs and no lofts. I’m just too old to crawl across the bed or around some storage area on my hands and knees, not to mention I’m claustrophobic, and this type of sleeping space just does not appeal to me. I do like that it’s on a 50 amp service instead of 100 though.
My daughter used to clean tiny homes in a small community one summer and said it’s so difficult to change the sheets in the lofts, and she was 24 at the time! You have to do it on your hands and knees. Lol. It’s so beautiful though!!

@@motleybuilditbeautifulThe same goes for shots in the bathroom. Especially shots of the toilet area and the storage shelves beside the washer. Additionally, the whole home seems geared to younger people and those who are not weight challenged. Passing into the eating nook was tight, and turning around in the toilet area looked tight too. Especially for someone that was wider in the hips. It felt the same going up the stairs. You are by no means weight challenged, but you didn't have very much space to spare when climbing the stairs. It was good there was standing area on the one side of the bed, but climbing in and out with no way to get fully around the bed can be problematic, especially for owners that aren't agile as those in their 20s or 30s. Oh I want one just like yours. It is the best tiny house I have ever seen, and I have looked at around 100, give or take a few. Too bad your talented husband, Rob, does not come up with these great ideas and put them into a book. I would certainly buy it, because I don't think you want Rob traveling from job to job in who knows what state. If he shared some ideas and a description of how to do it, people like me can either do a pitiful version of it or accomplished people can maje their tiny home so interestingly beautiful. Just a great job of designing your home together. Enjoy your tiny home and we all cannot wait to see what Rob comes up with to make your oven stand out on the back deck!
Very pretty tiny home. Would like to actually see the cabinet/shelving next to washer-dryer combo. The closet seems a bit too shallow but nice height. Also, where is the toilet and what kind is it? Important information. :-)
This may seem at times blunt, but as a professional in the Design Industry for nearly 4 decades I’d like to comment on ways this could be improved for future builds. The overall aesthetic and finishings are quite nice, but there are a few, fixable issues… All those open shelves are overkill. A few areas for display are fine but this design frankly took the cheap way out, it lacks storage which should be prioritized in a tiny home. Concealed storage is needed for unsightly kitchen essentials such as cookware, colanders, dinnerware, mismatched mugs, appliances (toaster, blender, crockpot, hand mixer, etc), in addition to the food & other pantry items. Everything that cannot be stored away will be visible on open shelves or left out on countertops, creating clutter and looking chaotic - not everything you need is lovely to look at, and your sleek, stylish aesthetic goes right out the window. I’m a big fan of fluted wood, it would be fabulous in the living room (as a door over 1 bank of shelves), bedroom (in the headboard recess), but positioned directly above a cooktop it’s a magnet for grease and will be an absolute nightmare to keep clean. In the living room the TV setback is too deep to view comfortably from the sofa, and will be flanked on both sides by more visual clutter. The bulbous light fixtures may be West Elm but so many of them so matchy-matchy throughout the entire home, is an uninspired choice. Cohesion in design is created by repeating elements such as color, pattern & texture, instead this lighting plan gives “Pottery Barn Teen” vibes, failing to utilize opportunities to diversify with complimentary fixtures that relate rather than replicate. And while the ceiling fixture in the kitchen is striking, large globes flanking the bed will be striking your head as you move about and would be blinding to read by. Adjustable LED reading lights, slim and sleek, would be a better choice. Lastly, the retractable dining ledge is nice for a coffee break, but seems cramped & inadequate for 3 meals a day. One quick Q, in the stairwell, is it logistically possible to embed a drawer (or a wide cubby for baskets) beneath the bedroom floor, for accessible storage (sweaters, folded clothes, undies, etc) as the tall closet appears quite shallow (you should show viewers that standard hangers will actually fit in there). The many upgraded materials (fireplace, wood mantes, backsplash, shower, brass fixtures, workstation sink, self-illuminating bathroom mirror), are luxurious and completely elevate the home. The neutral palette throughout is both soothing and stylish. Illumination set into the joists is brilliant. Supplemental zone heating, proper ventilation, CO2 detectors, smoke alarm, stair storage with subtle finger pulls and handrails address both safety and comfort while blending seamlessly into the design, well done. With just a bit of tweaking, perfecting this design for even better functionality, convenience and livability, is something I think buyers would notice and greatly appreciate. Just some hopefully helpful, constructive input from a fan. This is a beautifully finished, very stylish home. (ps: Deleting this post previously, did not go unnoticed. Let your viewers share opinions, others may pick up an idea or two, even if you don’t agree with them.)
They left it up. Tiny homes are so beautiful. I love so many. I DON'T have your vision for things that work and things that might not. I don't want a loft. I also don't know what to pay for them. Obviously they are indidually built by hand. How do you know if it has defects in materials or workmanship? If it isn't caught before sent out...how do they get fixed...and by whom? Is there a warranty? Any non-loft models that offer a big tub you can recommend?
Hello, Such a beautiful space & very well done. I have one suggestion, the hand rails are a great idea - but maybe add a return to the wall on each end so that no one catches a sleeve on it & ends up falling. Great job though, a beautiful space!

@@gingersworld1695 you're right we should. There's a few tracks not far from where I rent land in the country right now that are for sale. I absolutely love this home. There has been much thought and research put in it to make it such a wonderful place. I’m looking forward to seeing more of your great models.
I want a separate washer and dryer, also need master bathroom and bedroom on main floor; would also Love a room for my sewing room and my bookshelf, maybe a Murphy bed for company, due to me being disabled!
Love this model!!! I love the luxury look!! I notice you agree to 10.5’ model. Is it possible to design a 40’ home? No loft but main bedroom on the ground?
That would be so awesome and if they could open up the bathroom a little bit more wider they could do acombo spa bathtub inside of the shower 🧼 that way you have 2options of cleaning up ❤😂
I see this a lot, not sure why Tiny home and RV builders are not providing outside security covers for water, gas, and power? Especially the water inlet needs to be covered and locked protecting the inlet from tampering or contamination. Also- are manufacturers actually testing the all in one laundry machine? I’ve had one, and mine didn’t clean or dry very well. That would be a bummer to be stuck with that only option.
This tour was tricky to follow. I couldn't even tell how you got into the bathroom and I guess it was the first door to the left leaving the kitchen? Made it feel really cramped. Was wondering if the space to the right of the small refrigerator would allow for a larger capacity fridge? Also, it opens so close to the opposing countertop, that you have to open it up wide to get into it. I'd rather have closed cabinetry, and my microwave exposed. Just me, I guess. I would have chosen a larger fireplace as well, given the size of the wall for it. Otherwise, love the appearance and overall open feeling.
really nicely designed home...even the loft space seemed accessible by an older person... "throughout the US stating that the exteriors couldn't have metal siding" -- I HAD NO IDEA THAT THIS WAS A LEGAL ISSUE...there are many homes being built with metal siding and i assumed that metal siding was actually better than wood/composite siding...
I use to live in Coburg and I loved it...I would love to move back....I lived in my motorhome at the Premier resort ...I didnt like that so much the freeway was so noisy ...I love this home except the living room area I would like the fireplace and TV right across from the sofa ...my motorhome had that same thing and it was so uncomfortable trying to watch a movie ...do you do the whole build or contract out? I know someone who had water damage and it was such a hassle because they contracted out and had to go back and forth on who and how it would get fixed and it took months and months . So I am being careful who I buy from. And also if something were to go wrong under warranty do you send someone to fix it no matter what state or do you have to bring it in?
So how much is this model as is? + what’s the difference not only in cost for a base model, what does that take away? It’s absolutely beautiful & inviting. ♥️
The only thing I don't like about the bathroom is. They did not put the brass gold looking around the shower. It's silver, and it cheapens that bathroom

I absolutely love this home. There has been much thought and research put in it to make it such a wonderful place. I’m looking forward to seeing more of your great models.
😊 thank you.
Gorgeous
Love tye built in shelves in the family area
Fabulous!
Love the entry!
😊 thank you.
i like where yous have the loft bed that was good idea 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸⚪️⚪️🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣
I want a separate washer and dryer, also need master bathroom and bedroom on main floor; would also Love a room for my sewing room and my bookshelf, maybe a Murphy bed for company, due to me being disabled!
Gorgeous home
Thank you!☺️
Love this model!!! I love the luxury look!! I notice you agree to 10.5’ model. Is it possible to design a 40’ home? No loft but main bedroom on the ground?
That would be so awesome and if they could open up the bathroom a little bit more wider they could do acombo spa bathtub inside of the shower 🧼 that way you have 2options of cleaning up ❤😂
Hi where is this community of tiny homes? LOVE your place!!!
Great job!!!!!!! 👍👍👍
😊 thank you.
Guys, this home is gorgeous! It looks so well designed and comfortable! 10/10!❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
Really beautiful tiny home but 1 suggestion, cut out the "Um's." I was going to turn it off a couple of times because it was said so many times.
It's pretty. I'd like to see it decorated once someone starts living there, though, so it has less of a staged feel and more of a home feel.
Couldn’t agree more… can’t wait until someone makes this tiny house a home. ❤
❤ Do you customize for seniors with mobility issues?
You've not said the price....
Nice!! 💜
Thank you!
Beautiful. Where do you get the flooring and how do you make that bed?
The closet in the landing doesn't seem like it would fit hangers.
Also is that the only closet for clothing? 😬
really nicely designed home...even the loft space seemed accessible by an older person... "throughout the US stating that the exteriors couldn't have metal siding" -- I HAD NO IDEA THAT THIS WAS A LEGAL ISSUE...there are many homes being built with metal siding and i assumed that metal siding was actually better than wood/composite siding...
We found this out when we were looking at code in LA. We were surprised too!😮
I always wondered about the tires. How long do they last? Do you have to check tire pressure?
Nice but no table??? For lunch or dinner???
I use to live in Coburg and I loved it...I would love to move back....I lived in my motorhome at the Premier resort ...I didnt like that so much the freeway was so noisy ...I love this home except the living room area I would like the fireplace and TV right across from the sofa ...my motorhome had that same thing and it was so uncomfortable trying to watch a movie ...do you do the whole build or contract out? I know someone who had water damage and it was such a hassle because they contracted out and had to go back and forth on who and how it would get fixed and it took months and months . So I am being careful who I buy from. And also if something were to go wrong under warranty do you send someone to fix it no matter what state or do you have to bring it in?
what is the cost of this beautiful tiny house?
The pantry should be style pull out drawers for like build as is we would have to get down on Knees to see what is in the back no very useful
If you guys built van conversions I'd be the first customer
Something to think about for sure!🤓
Tiny homes are a great idea but far too expensive for what you get…
Can a tub/shower option be installed?
If we can find one that will fit the space… YES!
Was that a full sized bed? Will a queen mattress fit? Beautiful home!
You can fit a queen size mattress. ☺️
Not having the sofa across from the tv is a dealbreaker. Having to look sideways is impractical.
How much is it? I am in love! I want it!
So how much is this model as is? + what’s the difference not only in cost for a base model, what does that take away?
It’s absolutely beautiful & inviting. ♥️
Great questions for sure! Reach out via our website and I can email you!😊
Imagine, a tiny house with no toilet 😂
That would be funny😄. This one has a gravity flush toilet. More pictures can be found at www.motleytinyhomes.com

The only thing I don't like about the bathroom is. They did not put the brass gold looking around the shower. It's silver, and it cheapens that bathroom
Price for this home??!😊
