I love the land of the Bible. To think that only 5% of Israel's historicity has been uncovered and everything that is found proves the reliability of of God's Word would decrease critics. Yet, the secular world will continue to deny what our faith allows us to prove is accurate. The Bible is truth. It is historically correct and that proves it can be trusted. Pray for Israel and pray for the peace of Jerusalem. I enjoyed your video greatly.
As I watched this presentation I was moved to tears when I realised the passion & the love David had for God. As a Spirit filled believer I can identify with all the men & women in the Bible who were lovers of God. Especially those that were anointed or had the Spirit of God upon them. Their God is my God. It is easy to understand their response to God & their failures as well. This video has the hand of God on it. There is a beautiful, sweet intensity in the narrative as it moves towards the end. Was puzzled at first when I heard the presenters talking about the United Kingdom...coming from Britain, or the United Kingdom as it is called here. This was because I missed seeing the opening credits of the programme. Then I quickly realised, of course, they meant the United Kingdom of Israel! I have been reading the Bible over the past year and am familiar with many of the places mentioned. Wonderful to see them in reality.
I got to visit Israel for the first time last March.This series just popped up on my feed. It expounds and expands what I saw in ten days. The maps and aerial views are very helpful in understanding. I will rewatch it.

You did a thing that is difficult to do, you brought texture, authenticity and humanity to the biblical narrative. They were ordinary people, chosen by God for extra ordinary assignments. I think one of the mistakes we all make is to assume that how a land today that's how it was all the time. In case of Israel: dry, not fertile, harsh. But what if the climate 3000 years ago was totally different? Fertile, lush and full with life? I think when Lot (nephew of Abraham) decided to go into the death sea area, because it was the best land of all in Canaan: lush, full with water, fertile. But today? A desert.

"I come to you in the name"...& he gets choked at mentioning The Lord??? That's just a title. This is meant to be about how archaeology supports the Bible. There is tons of evidence for God"s name, and we still choose to hide it and just use a title. I have a friend nearly 80 who was choked at knowing & using God's name, whether English, Hebrew or any other language. It is lovely to see the land that these characters lived in. Ceramics would be fascinating for me.

One thing you guys should remember, David is a shepherd who knows the minute details of the land knowing where there is water and green pasture and where he can keep them in a secluded place away from the predators. He is a smart kid and experienced shepherd.
There’s definitely something moving and emotional when you can stand inside the bubble. Growing up in the church, we know the stories, but walking in biblical history is breathtaking. The moment I breathed the Israeli air, I was overcome with a sense of peace and joy while at the very same time I felt a sense of anxiousness and grief for all that was experienced in this land over time. You are overcome with awe and gratefulness of the goodness of our God.
You bring back this sense while educating. Thank you for this type of “preaching”. Your videos are inspiring.

I'm so glad you find what's lost. St. Ephraus of Edessa writes: The Romans twice searched and burned all the remaining records of the Jews in the time of Jesus. Thus there was no Jewish record or genealogy left. It is a difficult task as there is no royal cemetery.

Ancient Jericho archeologist are keeping all the bits and pieces they found from the ruines and so many poetry dated back from the time of Joshua’s invading the land or congred the land of Jericho amazing how God took over the land thanks for this story
