During Operation Desert Shield, my unit traveled and camped in many of the places in your video as we moved into Iraq for what would later become the 1st Gulf War. Now, many years later watching this video it brings back many things I had forgotten. Mostly, I'm in awe that I was there and didn't even realize I was traveling and camping in areas of a biblical river that led to Eden. It's sorta of a surreal moment for me now. Thank you for sharing this video! :)

I am Christian of Türkiye (aramaic suryoye) and I inform you that :
The Rapture of the Church will take place in winter 2024 on a very specific day and at an equally specific time without any festive celebrations around so that no one knows the day or the hour.... because usually it's precisely modeled on holidays which is why I found the exact date...
The Holy Convocation was sent to the Church on Tuesday March 5, 2024 corresponding to Heshvan 10 (symbolically Day when GOD clarifies to Noah that it is time to bring the animals into the Ark because in 7 days the DELUGE will therefore begin on 17 Heshvan) for his departure on the evening of Tuesday March 12, 2024 corresponding to Heshvan 17... i.e. after the 120 years of construction of the Ark here 120 days which are the number of days since the start of the Tribulations on the evening of Sunday November 12, 2023.
PS: 120 days is for the dead (Tuesday evening) but it will be 121 days for the living (Wednesday)... read the other comments to better understand!
ALL MY CALCULATIONS AND BIBLE STUDIES ARE IN ADEQUATE WITH THIS PERFECT DATE AND NO OTHER SERIOUS POSSIBILITY EXISTS FOR ME... I THINK SERIOUSLY THIS IS THE TERMINUS OF THIS PILGRIMAGE ON EARTH!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL

There are also places they can go for a few hours to give you a break. In my area, there is Amazing Kids Club for autistic kids. There are bus services for pick up and it 2-3 hours long 2 times a week. Ask about these services in your area. It’s all paid through insurance! God bless you! Tell your doctor you need support. The Great Flood of Noah erased the entire surface of the earth.
It wasn't just rain. Genesis says, "... all the fountains of the great deep burst open, and the floodgates of the sky were opened." In other words, the water burst out of seismic rifts in the earth in towering geysers that both reached into the atmosphere and also welled up in mountainous floods of water.
Most likely, before the flood there was a single landmass, Pangea. Today's continents and their mountain ranges came about after the flood.
The Garden of Eden and its rivers were at least transformed if not simply annihilated.

    • @miken2719
      @miken2719 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

Much as I appreciate Ken Ham, his "everything, including Mt Ararat, was obliterated by Noah's Flood" interpretive template is not consistent with the full weight of scripture. The Bible also does not support his one-island "Pangea" although Greek philosophy does. The Bible is also clear that antediluvian landmarks like the rivers discussed in this video would be recognizable and in the same location as in a postdiluvian world.
And oh yeah, Noah's ark has been rediscovered on...yep...where the Bible says it is...Mt Ararat in eastern Turkey...whether that steps on Ham's theology or not. That is why he won't invest a minute of his time or a dime of his money to truly investigate the most important archaeological find in history. The question remains though: "What gives God more glory? Would it be the rediscovery of Noah's actual ark or a Noah's Ark theme park (especially in these, the last days version of "the days of Noah")? If Ham were a true Bible literalist he would be talking about that but he has no use for end times prophecy or the Genesis 6 giants of the first "days of Noah".

@@miken2719 Genesis 1:9 - "And Elohim said, 'Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear:' and it was so." 10 - "And Elohim called the dry land 'Earth'; and the gathering together of the waters called he 'Seas:' and Elohim saw that it was good."
The Hebrew word for waters here is Mayim, plural for 'waters', but used in a singular sense.
Obviously, the Bible does support the idea of a single land mass and a single gathering of water. And Genesis 2:1 says, "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, all the host of them." Affirming that the completed creation included a single land mass and a single gathering of waters.
But, more important is the question of salvation to those who struggle to accept the Bible's appearance as a mythological fantasy. People today are persuaded by scientifically provable arguments, and discard mythology and fantasy.
There is plenty of evidence all over the world that proves Noah's Flood was real. The scientific theories of Pangea and the seismic movements of tectonic plates resulting in today's earth correspond well to the Bible story of the Great Flood, making it scientifically acceptable to those who would otherwise see it as myth and fantasy. Their salvation depends on it.
Even so, you are correct, landmarks like rivers may still be recognizable in the post-flood earth. And the ark probably did float around in the same vicinity where it launched and came to rest upon a mountain nearby as the waters receded. Yes, it is exciting to find evidence pointing to where the Garden of Eden was located.
And if this leads to the salvation of people who otherwise would scoff, then, Amen, it is a good thing.

@@lheggestad "[Gen 1:9-10 NASB95] 9 Then God said, "Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear"; and it was so. 10 God called the dry land earth, and the gathering of the waters He called seas; and God saw that it was good." Yes, God called the waters "seas"...PLURAL...because the waters were not all one "sea" surrounding an island. Ham's interpretive template does not allow him to see any antediluvian geography, history, or archaeology which is too bad because, like the fossil record, they are all around us, including the elephant in the room on Mt Ararat. As I said, this leads to shockingly using his extravagant resources to push an interpretive template that ignores the full weight of scripture. Therefore, like secular "science", he cannot allow for nor try to explain the pre-Flood existence on earth of fallen angels that cohabited with human women and the worldwide explosion of forbidden knowledge that led to mankind's total depravity and therefore the ark on Ararat. He cannot allow himself to see antediluvian pyramid/ziggurat/architecture that smacks everyone in the face even to this day. Like secular "scientists" Ham can offer no rational explanation for how or why they were built or by whom (of course, seculars always fall back on an obsessive funerary mindset that buried everything and everybody, including their homes and all valuables). The so-called Indian "mound" culture that is found around the world is an obvious example. Ham almost has to agree with the seculars because his theology cannot even allow him to acknowledge their existence...again...ultimately leading to the disparagement of the most-God-glorifying archaeological find in history. Despite the laudable good work that Ham and his associates have done, like the seculars living a godless lie, he has much that must constantly be swept under the rug to prop up a prideful, interpretive template for the world as it was, now is, and is soon about to be. I honestly thought he would be the first to follow up on the Ararat discovery after reliable witnesses brought back video evidence in 2008. That money-and-glory-hogs like Randall Price slandered it did not surprise me. Ham continues to disappoint me.

I really would like to know, as the Philippines would make sense because it is so beautiful, however, going by the description in the bible, the Philippines is no where near the other two rivers. Even looking at Pangea, before the flood, it is as far as one can get on the eastern coast. Answer and Explanation: When Pangaea was fully formed, the islands and early precursors of what is now the Philippines were in the Northern Hemisphere. They were on the northeast corner of the western-most peninsula of Pangaea, between Vietnam to the west and Indonesia to the south. Again. I'm not trying to be rude but am very interested to know. 😊

    Excellent , thank you .
My own father worked for many years , over two decades , in Abu Dhabi , Qatar and then Dubai as a Civil Engineer . Amongst his skill set he could find water and rock sources , useful for building roads , docks and runways . He wondered what would happen when the oil reserves depleted and knew there were massive areas of desert which actually had sub surface water and soils good enough to grow desert hardy plants such as Castor oil . When trying to develop a home vegetable garden , a hobby he had taken up , in his out of town Dubai garden he found decent soil hidden under the desert sand . he was able to grow q lot of vegetables provided he was thoughtful about water use . His firm even built a special green house in his garden with hydroponic systems to experiment with castor oil plants . My point really though is that the Gulf , Persian Arabian whatever , might have been , probably was , a much greener place in the past , much more wide spread than the river delta at the closed end . Water and land both can raise and lower over time for various reasons ; I think the Gulf is sea water flooded at present .
PS The islands of Bahrain are worth a look as possibly being part of the garden of Eden ..... Bahrain has sweet water springs all over it's islands ..... In Qatar , in 1972 , I was taken to a large farm growing mainly tomatoes . The area consisted of a limestone low lying plateau . The farm was in a naturally formed depression , formed I think by collapsed cave systems , which had water not far below the surface . There were two places my father took me , in much the same area , where caves had collapsed leaving entry points ; we could hear running water but did not enter the caves fearing dangerous animals like very large lizards , seen on roads at night and or wild dogs , never mind the spiders . Lol

I was at a funeral yesterday and I was listening to people talk about the man’s life. They said he grew up Catholic. In 1991 he was on a tour in Israel with an archeologist named Joel Kramer. It was on that tour that pieces started to fit together about Jesus and his questions were resolved. He was then baptized in the Jordan River. I thought that was so cool! THIS IS FASCINATING! I’m an American Believer and after reading Gen about the rivers I began looking on maps and google earth. I also follow Iranian Nomads who are many moving from the mountains closer to the cities. I also follow families across the world who live off the land….BUT THIS ONE FAMILY FROM AN ANCIENT TRIBE…..take you on walking exploring tips up the water fed creveces of those treacherous mountains almost reaching the heads. They mention tribes who came from those areas…it is SO BEAUTIFUL…I TOLD MY HUSBAND IT LOOKS LIKE THE GARDEN OF EDEN! They also eat from the trees and gather resin from some in the drier areas…but there are fruits, nuts, berries, wild herbs etc. It is I believe close to that area you are researching but over the border to Iranian mountains! I never saw so much fast flowing water! Trees also look like the ancient type of cedars…shorter and spread out more like oaks….it is incredibly beautiful….in that desolate land of Iran. I wish I knew what town they are near. I watch mostly how they build and eat and survive but often they take these video trips climbing the watered crevice almost to the top, then find a place to build a fire, have their tea and cook over the fire…rest then clean the area and go back down climbing on edges far above the ground below….it looks like a garden of Eden! You can follow them on TH-cam called “Daral - Iranian lifestyle” it’s mostly 2-3 sons, a Mother and Father. I hope you get to see the latest walking trip which was on 1-28-2024 I believe. God Bless your efforts! I always wanted to be an Archeologist but at 77 yrs old I’ll just explore online!🥰🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 looking at their climbing will show you what God may have created near the Garden of Eden….also its somewhere you can’t go to…so enjoy!

This is groundbreaking work, Joel. Many thanks. When I was working on my PhD, Dr. Phyllis Bird, a renown scholar whom I respect, told me that there existed only 2 out of the four rivers in question. That is what she was taught, but now I see that this idea is mistaken. Your video is very clear and convincing. Many OT commentaries have to be rewritten. May God continue to use and bless you. Keep up the good work. I have subscribed to your channel. Eye opening work for many who doubt God’s word.

Only 2 of the known named rivers are known. The other is conjecture and has a different name. It might be correctly the 3rd river, or that could be another river like the Pishon, waiting to be found. But his conjecture makes sense.

@@ImJustRob. That's true, but that doesn't invalidate armandsmit's comments. It seems strange to think that 4 rivers described in Gen 2 should still exist in the same structure when other landscapes (such as Grand Canyon) should have been created after the flood.

@@reformedbishop328also I'm pretty sure we would've found that flaming sword to keep all of Adam's decendants from eating of that tree of life that would still be there.
It is my belief anything that existed before the flood no archeological evidence will be found. Due to destructive forces of coming and receding flood waters and total tectonic plates shifting during the flood, no evidence would be found. Nor the lands would be in different places or changed all together.
The most logical thing I've heard about the four rivers is from God Culture and they caim all for rivers are under the oceans. They show evidence of what could've been rivers. But do I believe? Th jury is still out, but it is the most logical explanation I've seen.

You are correct. I love this guy and what I’ve seen by him, but he has this one wrong. I believe those rivers were named after the pre flood rivers similarly to what people did when they got to America. Look at this place, it reminds me of York… we’ll call it, New York… this place reminds me a of Jersey, we’ll call it New Jersey… so many examples of this. The entire face of the earth was completely wiped clean. For all we know, the Garden of Eden was in Antarctica.
