I may have watched 95% of the Bible lands archaeology videos available on the internet in the past 10 years. I was genuinely shaken to tears when you entered the storage building with Dr. Stripling. This video is top notch. God bless your endeavor.
Veronica Doniel Thank you so much for sharing! The Bible truly has the power to move people and we’re thrilled to be able to have Jeremy and Barry and these experts help visually bring the stories of the Bible to life!
This is so amazing watching things that were happening centuries ago,it shows that Gods words are real, may He strengthen our faith as we are still surrounded by such evil, wow!!!
I just found this channel, and already I'm loving it. Thank for all the work and research you put into bringing all this material to us. God bless you!
Many thanks for yet another amazing documentary. Visiting the sites is fascinating - stepping into the past and reliving the extraordinary stories of the Bible. God bless
Thank you so, so much for this! I am soaking this up and can't wait for the other episodes. Seeing that pottery from the time of Samuel/Saul was just incredible... Appreciate Scott's work so much, and thank you for bringing all of this to us via TH-cam! :)
Thank you for this. As a Biblical studies major, currently reading A History of Ancient Israel and Judah, I've had some conflicting thoughts and questions. Scott Stripling's response to your question about faith was just what I needed to hear.
thank you so much for creating these videos. I'm a visual learner and it really means a lot to see the Scriptures come to life. Thank you so much! Edit: I have noticed people replying to my post lately assuming this is the only way I learn. I read the Scriptures of God's Word to study them for myself, rightly dividing the Word of truth.
hollow points bullets Since the beginning, the Bible speaks of God establishing many of His covenants with an animal sacrifice (I.e. Abraham, Moses, the dedication of the temple, and many others), but all of these things were pointing towards the ultimate sacrifice of His Son, Jesus, making it unnecessary for any continual animal sacrifices. We would encourage reading through the book of Hebrews, which does an incredible job of highlighting and comparing the Old Testament sacrifices and the new law under Christ. God bless you in your continued study!
@Andro mache I believe that there certainly was a resurrection. I have faith that Jesus was God's only Son who came to this earth to die for the sins of the world because he loves us so much. Jesus's physical body was not there in the tomb after his burial, there were eyewitness accounts of this.
I'm blessed to see this video. I wish it can be dubbed in more languages. And for me in Indian language (Hindi) also. So that I may share it to more people.
Nandani Kumari Nandani Kumari We’re so glad that you’re being blessed with our content and your study of the Bible. It is our desire to make these available in as many languages as we can! As more funds and translators are made available to us, we would love to consider your language!

Amazing. Thank you for this video. How awesome to visualize the validity of the WOG. I have goosebumps watching and as you explained in details. Thank you.
Archaeological excavations have shown that the place was already settled from about 1750 BCE (Middle Bronze II or MB II, otherwise known as MB IIB according to the Albright school); however, it is not mentioned in any pre-biblical source. A tell and many impressive remains have been unearthed from the Canaanite eras, with habitation lasting until the 8th century BCE. During the following 12 centuries Shiloh is solely noted as a station on sojourners' routes, usually having only its religious-historical significance to offer. Archaeological excavations have revealed remains from the Roman and Persian as well as Early and Late Muslim periods. An impressive glacis has been located and pottery, animal remains, weapons and other objects have been recovered
The Tel Dan inscription mentions the House of David and another Stelle mentions the House of Omri. These were informational postings they had no axe to grind.
Konig Corvus We haven’t yet made a series concerning the science of climate change, but we have made two compelling series about the history, archaeology, and geography of the Bible, watch them for free right here on TH-cam or on www.appianmedia.org
I thought the biblical tabernacle was, more than likely, circular and dome shaped. When it was researched by an engineer, in accordance with biblical descriptions, rectangular did not work.
Interesting idea, however we would encourage you to go back and read Exodus 25-31 and 35-40, where it describes the tabernacle. It describes a structure that has a differing length and width (clearly a rectangle), as opposed to something round.
Jeff H Again, interesting idea. A circular dome shaped structure simply would not conform to what is described in scripture, which is where we choose to base our understanding. The Bible provides differing lengths for width, length, and height, and not a circumference and certainly not something anywhere near as tall as described in this theory. Thanks for the great thought provoking question. We pray that our media can continue to bless your study!

The existence of Omri and David. The Tel Dan stelle and one other discovered i the 1990s and 2000s. Recently 2 signet rings were found with names mention in Jeremiah as ministers of King Zedekiah. There were 4 men named. 2 of these men were named onhe signet rings as servents of Zedekiah. I could go on but it is aamazing.

When you start with a preconception based on religious faith, your conclusions are invalid. Real archaeologists and scientists are truth-seekers, not Biblical apologists.
That logic would invalidate the works of many of the world’s most celebrated historians, inventors, and scientists, including: Galileo, Isaac Newton, George Washington, etc. If you haven’t already, we would encourage you to watch the film in its entirety, as it makes a strong case for the logical steps toward faith.
Not at all hidden. This is simply the warehouse where pieces that are found are stored, cataloged, studied, and then (when requested) shipped to various museums around the world. This is not where these pieces are intended to stay.
In reality, the awful truth is simple .... we are all born to die ..... Knowing nothing and taking nothing with us ..... so don't rent a Hertz trailer fer yer stuff .....
what a shame he just had to discredit the whole video by inserting his innate bias of religion. everyone and his dog can go looking for evidence of what he believes but real science is looking for the evidence that can falsify the hypothesis. any opinion he expresses is assumed from that point to be confirmation bias and cannot be trusted.
If you haven't already, we would encourage you to watch not only this whole episode, but the rest of this 5 part series as Dr. Scott Stripling as well as other well respected archaeologists provide compelling, thorough, and well-researched evidence. Specifically, the discussion that Dr. Stripling has in this episode beginning at 15:45 shows an honest, humble, and objective approach to his research and a willingness to ask tough questions of the biblical record.

It was circular. Also, with the rectangular tent, they need extra pieces that are not included in Scripture.
