Your TH-cam family knows what you talk about as well. More people go through this than realized.
Take it one day at a time. Stay true to yourself.
    GOD BLESS!

    GerDay Zoe,
I am sort of revisiting some of these, so I truly cannot remember if I've commented before ..... so ..... if I have and I am being repetitive...... or even different, please realise that this is sort of a "current reaction".
Today, I've been playing all of these in order .... not "watching" as much as listening ..... because it's been "on the move" .... and I didn't even realise that you're a pretty lady until I just stopped ....... so this reaction is based purely upon how you present aurally to me! :)
I have gone through a whole gambit of emotions whilst listening ...... from being mildly interested, to being emotionally touched, to feeling super protective and the whole nine yards. I've never had off spring of my own that are genetically "mine" (that I know of) so in a sense I may be in a similar position to your father (although I haven't got to when you've met him, yet, today, so I dunno just HOW similar LOL) but I kind of feel like if ever I found out I DID have a daughter (or son) that I discovered, or discovered me, then if they turned out half the person that YOU present as, then I would be a very lucky man indeed.
I hope that subsequent videos reveal to me that you had a positive conclusion to your journey.... and I kind of "love" the person that you present as ....... oh ..... not in some creepy old fart way ...... but in the way that you are just such a beautiful soul, I suspect.
Anyway, I will listen further and wish you well in your quest!
    Kindest regards
    Indy

It's the stress. My back went so far out I thought I'd die when I was at my birth mother home days after meeting a few months ago

I get back problems but I have found that Shiatsu is amazing and can make me feel better in almost one session. It is well worth a try. These people are very good.with all that is happening to you it’s understandable and good to talk to real people. Blessings

I thought of you the other day! I had a bamboo massage from a woman trained in eastern medicine. She did do some Shiatsu! Thanks for the suggestion!

I surely understand how the loss of exercise affects you, having been through similar back problems. Five years with not being able to exercise for me! It really was hard to deal with. Like you, it makes a huge difference in how you feel and effects every aspect of your life. Hang in there with your odyssey. I hope things have gotten better for you. I subscribed today because your videos are so interesting, so I'm not up-to-date. Bless you! I've done the DNA thing and nothing surprising resulted, but I think it's nice to KNOW. There was/is some mysteries still unsolved in my family tree, but I appreciated the opportunity to verify what I thought was true after 24 years of research.

Thank you for your understanding! It’s been over a year now, and I’m doing much better physically. My trainer and I keep working on exercises that won’t hurt my neck/injury.
I’m glad you’ve been able to use a DNA test to confirm what you thought was true. I hope you continue to find answers!
      Thanks again for your support!

Schizophrenia is not a problem :) But having been through reunion, it is absolutely normal for it to trigger anxiety, grief, maybe even depression, just from trying to process all the current emotions and "what ifs" and so on. If you have a therapist already, touch base to make sure your head is OK. If you don't have one yet, get someone who is familiar with family relationship dynamics and/or adoption.

Check out 'Dr. Rahim Gonstead Chiropractor' on youtube. I know appearances can be deceptive, but he looks quite good.

You need to get the book by John Van Auken titled BORN AGAIN & AGAIN. I am sure it will help you understand exactly what is happening to you.

Roll up a quilt and put it under the top of your mattress, it will stop your spine draining, that's why they raise beds in hospital :-)

I will try that! My bed actually adjusts like a hospital bed, so I can try that too! My neck is actually a lot better now from a lot of PT. Thanks for the tip thou!!!

I just recently watch your dad story and I enjoyed it very much. Let me say that any dad that would not want an amazing and beautiful daughter as you in their life is a complete idiot. I am kind of the opposite of you. I have 3 wonderful daughters, 9 grandchildren and at least 1 great grandchild that I know of. I am not allowed to have any contact with them at all so I guess life goes on and your dad is a very lucky man

@Lisa Swetz He's not being an asshole, I can understand where he is coming from. I think this could have been condensed into a couple of videos. She has put something very private out there, so people who don't think like you do, will comment. She is going into a lot of unnecessary stuff which some people will see as something that's not needed, and perhaps shouldn't be shared socially. This type of video does not appeal to some people that's all.

@Lisa Swetz It would appeal more if it wasn't stretched out to 13 episodes. I think it's pretty mean saying everyone in New York city is mean though. Luckily I'm not a New Yorker :)
