You're such a wonderful teacher! I love how you explain things so well. Could you please do a bakeware and utensils cleaning episode.. How to take proper care, removing stubborn stains etc. This would be much appreciated thankyou
Anna Olson has really paid her dues in this industry. Was an Iron Chef... can't argue with that! Has run successful bakeries. So far I can use any baking recipe of yours Anna as a standard against all others. Thanks for being a great teacher
You've given so many great and helpful tips all in one episode and quite patient in doing so. Looking forward to more of your live-streamed videos. Thank you!!!🥰
I just finished cooling my first batch of these and they are the BEST! I did add 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to the batter and they are so good! making another 2 batches for a gathering of my congregation tomorrow and I'm really excited to see the response. Thank you!!
I came across your channel yesterday, but I’m already a fan, and I wonder how in the world I could bake unaware of the fantastic tips you are generous enough to share with us ! Thank you so much ❤ I love your personality too. ❤️🙏🏽🙋🏽♀️🙏🏽❤️
Loved this session Anna ! It was great to get the measurements in metric . I’ve always loved the way your episodes are structured.. it starts with a base and then building on that to a more complicated finish. Clear explanations and so easy to follow along.
So glad i found this youtube channel. Been a fan of Anna Olson from her tv program on food network channel. Now i can watch and learn baking technic from her whenever i can, thank you for making this youtube channel. 😊💯💯
Wowww!👌🏽💓 I have prepared 3 of your recipes and they have been incredible, they really stand out from everything you find on TH-cam, thank you for sharing details and important elements that make all the difference between understanding what you are doing and just replicating what you do. I also love that you now include vegan substitutes. thank you I have learned a lot
Thanks Anna, I am from malaysia, the brownies look so tempting! Could we get the same fudgy texture if we could cut down the sugar by half and with dark chocolate 70%?
Best brownies ever. My son who doesn't really like chocolate, takes not 1 but 3 slices. Mom, these are the best ones I have tasted 😉 and I don't cut them too big, rather smaller, sooooo yummy. Thanx Anna. I am from Cape Town, South Africa 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦💕😉
Thanks for the parchment paper tip. The one I've been following along to is so much more complicated. I got to the point where I scratched using that tip and just pieced the paper together, lol. That of course didn't work too well when I went to lift my goodies out of the pan. 🤦♀️ Great bake along Anna. Sadly I missed it (had issues with my hands). I almost bought a bar of unsweetened chocolate but I put it back because I thought "when am I ever going to use it"? I can't find that type near me (the store I found it at is 2 cities away from me) but at least I now know where I can get it. Congrats on your ch growing. I learn SO MUCH from you!! Thanks again...
I love all your recipes because you explain every step so good. Thanks for that. I have tons of your recipes and enjoy making them. Celia (Pretoria) RSA

Oh my stars I live in Arizona, and I just can't get past seeing those pecans in the frying pan being stirred around as they SO resemble the giant roaches we see here so often in the summer. I was not prepared for that visual but composed myself quickly and moved onto buttering my pan...
Anna when you said add prunes I nearly fell off my chair. I love to bake and do so a lot and when my son was dating his now wife I had been baking all day and made brownies. My son asked if he could take some for his girlfriend and her Mom. I didn't want to say no but they were full of prunes. The moral of the story is they loved them and ate them all consequently they spent the whole evening in the washroom!! We still laugh about that to this day!

Just found this video...is this recipe in any of your cookbooks?
I loved them, they came out perfect.
Thanks. I would like to learn the brioche bread.
If adding other flavors, as you mentioned such as coffee or almond extract. Does this replace the vanilla or do you add both?
Oh no I am trying to catch these live streams Anna, but my time zone in Australia is way off 😔 thank you for uploading the video
Anna can cassava flour replace self raising flour. As in my country what they use is cassava flour.
Thanks for the recipe! I only have callebaut chocolate drink powder on hand. Will it not really work for this recipe? 😔
hello maam Anna,, i really love your fudge brownie... but for a change I would also love to know what kind of oven your using... I'm kind of interested that thing behind you... thank you very much...
Thank you Anna 💗!! Please how much cocoa can we put if i don't have chocolate??... and please write ingredients
Good show. Thanks as always. What's your relationship to Anna Olson on Oh Yum?
If you don’t use any nuts in this recipe, do you have to adjust the flour at all or wouldn’t that make a difference?
Hi, this is Sue. Can you use brown 'diabetic' (low calorie or zero calorie) sugar instead? Would the measurements be the same?
I look forward to this every week. Thank you!
I love your cookware!
You're amazing! Thank you for sharing
My brownies came out perfect! I mix/add/fold in one cup of chocolate chips at the end to mine instead of pecans...lol

What if you don't have unsweetened chocolate? Say you only have dark chocolate or milk chocolate. How should I adjust the sugar in the recipe? Thanks
Great show! Thanks for the wax paper trick!
Thanks Anna for your recipes, would like to say I did try the Eclairs today this morning following your recipe
They turned out pretty nice not as professional as you . They were bit soft not crunchy .was it because I used normal butter instead of unsalted butter ?
Hi Anna, what’s the difference between light brown sugar, dark one an Demerara sugar? Is it only the amount of molasses or something else. Thanks
This is really enjoyable.
Can these be made sugarfree? With a sweetener?
All salt is sea salt whether deep in mines in Himalayas or salt beds; all sodium chloride.
Did you move? Your kitchen looks so different.
Love brownies and been looking for a gooey fudgey brownie recipe. Have to try this one.
How many eggs would be required if I am baking in the loaf dish or round dish?
Ojalá salieran subtítulos 😞... i love Anna Olson
Thank you.. I LOVE YOU ANNA 💕
