Really? Because I have made them three times and they come out terrible and I follow the instructions exactly how she says and puts them. The consistency is not the same.
So made this brownie because I wanted to surprise my family (they were comin back from a trip). The thing is I didn't surprise them at all.... Follow the exact instructions you won't regret it! don't skip the coffee!! Seriously is like a fudgy heaven
I made brownies before but did not satisfy my taste, but when watching Laura's recipe I was very excited. i made my chewy fudge brownies yeayy i did it... thanks a lot to Laura Kitchen love it..
It's been a minute since I've made these but I think I've been making these for about 10 years now! I'm baking 2 batches in the middle of the night as of this moment and can't wait to eat one in the morning! Thank you for the lovely recipe Laura :)
Just baked this brownies and turns out it tastes amazing and better than the one tht I usually bought, the fudgy texture is just right not to fudgy not to dry, I mixed melted milk chocolate and melt dark chocolate, both of them tastes awesome, the top is very crusty and the inside of it is very fudgy and delish, overall I LOVE IT

I had seen this video a while back and finally tried it today.. and OH MY GOD these turned out to be PERFECT. These are by far the best brownies I've ever made. Everyone in my house loves it. According to me they're best had slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some berries on top. Thank you Laura for sharing this amazing recipe which is not as elaborate as some of the other recipes I've seen online. Definitely a must try guys!(Also I used dark chocolate)

I made this today and it was the best! Crispy on the outside, soft in the inside. I served it while it’s hot with vanilla ice cream on top and chocolate drizzle. I used dark chocolate not semi-sweet. Again, it was the best!!! My mom and dad loves it!!!

I tried your brownies 5 or 6 years ago and they're my favorite one to try, over the years I have followed other recipes too but none of them topped yours.

Laura, I made it and it’s super duper delicious. Thank you so much for this simple recipe! Of course I didn’t have espresso and I just made a cup of coffee and added 2 table spoons to my batter. It turned out AMAZING.

Hi Laura! I just made this brownie and OMG it turned out perfect!!!! I absolutely loved the flavor, texture, and taste of this chocolatey decadence! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe on TH-cam!
Your brownie looked awesome. I tried making it several times and could not get the crusty top like yours. It would be appreciated if you could tell me HOW to get this shiny crusty top which I failed to get.
Hi laura, how are you guys? Hey laura if you don't mind can you tell me what's 5oz of butter in sticks. I tried to Google but I had no luck. Thanks! Love all your videos 😊
Hi Laura, my daughters love this fudgy brownies very much, especially the crusty top.... We finished all within one day. And they request me to make again. amazing.... Thanks for sharing.
OBM Jaslyn Wong hi there, did you manage to get the mousse texture? I can't, I don't know what went wrong and I waited my butter to be in room temperature
I tried this recipe for about 5-6 times and it did notttt workkk... it always came out like a cakey browniee. the temp. and timings were perfect i didn't over mix i didnt use self-raising flour i used exact measurements, the tin i baked it in was same. i have no idea why i can't get the same texture as in the video. Please can someone help !
Kubra The Baker she told to bake for 40-45 minutes! If you baked them for 45 minutes then bake them for 40 minutes! And if you baked it for 40 then bake for 35 to 38 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out with moist crumbs not wet batter!! Also use a spatula instead of a whisk!!or instead see the video by everyday food! As they have explained the differences very well!!
Kubra The Baker I just tried the recipe and mine had a weird texture too. Once I put in the instant espresso, it like seperated my butter sugar mixture. So I proceeded to do everything as her and whisked harder. Once I put in the chocolate and flour , it seemed to turn out like hers. Whipped, but we’ll see how it turns out once it bakes.
HI I like this video a lot it gave me much ideas on how to make brownies but when I was trying to get the recipe, it directed me to your website but not to the recipe itself. It would be great if the link below would directly bring me to the recipe. That would really be much convenient. As a new viewer, it keeps me focus and interested, But when I came across the website, I didn't know what to do next so I was about to give up but I tried to exert more focus and I tried reading and searching the website a little more till I found it. The search button was too tiny at the recipe section page. It took me sometime to find out about the button at the homepage too which links to the recipe database. Maybe I was used to look for search bars when i'm looking at recipes on websites coz I normally do that. But your website was indeed very helpful and I'm checking different recipes right now. I love to try this tonight thank you. :)
Hello Laura! I tried your recipe yesterday and it turned out AMAZING! I wanted to try making brownies in advance before holiday season so that I could bake them for Christmas Eve already knowing how they will turn out. Once again, they were perfect: not too sweet yet not too bitter and suuuper fudgy! Thanks a lot for sharing.
Did your brownies come out cakey or fudgy? Creaming(whisking room temperature butter and sugar), which is a step in these brownies, usually creates a cake-like texture in brownies. I just wanted to know if that happened to your brownies?
I made this and I loved it so much ❤️💞 Laura's recipes are the best! I even made a video on how mine turned out and everything! Would be cool if you could check it out x
just made this.. perfect! thanks Laura!! I've been doing different recipes for a fudgy browny.. sometimes i get the fudgy-ness other times it gets a bit cakey!.. Now i tried ur recipe, 2 batches of it: a plain one and another with walnuts on top... both came out great!!! thanks!! but i made some changes -- On the plain one.. i used 1/4 part tablea (filipino pure cacao tabs) and 3/4 dark chocolate... while on the walnut brownie i used 4 tsp of coffee liquor -- super nice!!!
I made this recipe some time ago and since then tried other recipes, cuz why not, and this is still the best one out there. It has the perfect texture and taste (I always use less sugar than the recipe calls for)
I agree, it might have to do with the creaming step, in which she whisked room temperature butter with sugar instead of using melted butter. Creaming usually creates air into a batter and leads to a cakey texture. I recommend finding a recipe that calls for melted butter instead. Good luck!
Amazing recipe!!!!!! I had always used others' recipe and they turned into the consitency that i didn't want. Then, I got this recipe and made it with adding extra chocolate chunks and some chocolate chips. It came so good with that crunchy part on top and some gooey chocolate inside. I thought the coffee would make the brownies bitter, but i was wrong that it tasted so delicious. This is a recommended recipe

I clicked her website to get the measurements but it went to the her homepage instead that recipe, so I had to search that recipe which was really wasting my time.... So, plz write url for straight to that recipe😀
zvezdapadalica15 One Cup of flour can be varied from 115g to 130g depends on how to spoon your flour. I (and many of us) simply asked Laura for AGES how many gram is her one cup and she never NEVER bother to answer. If she's a person like this, then don't tell people she's very helpful and is here to help. Do you know how many people failed on her baking recipe because theyre not familiar with Cup measurement? Asia and Europe have been using metric for ages, it's not a crime that people out of America dont know how to convert it when there're tons of different converters on the internet. But how you talk is a typical Laura's fan style. Got used to it. Unsubscribed. So keep yelling, keep protecting your Laura, and have more people leave or stop talking .
Thank you Laura this is such a great recipe! I have made this a number of times over the years and it’s always come out so well! Always a 9/10 if not a 10/10!

Hi laura, how are you guys? Hey laura if you don't mind can you tell me what's 5oz of butter in sticks. I tried to Google but I had no luck. Thanks! Love all your videos 😊
Wanda Fonseca 5 oz is 142 grams
5 ounces of butter is 1 1/4 or 1.25 sticks of butter
Laura you should write if it is Fahrenheit or Celsius, I thought it was 350 Celsius and my brownies burnt.
i came back to this video to see if the automatic subs were still the funniest ever, i wasn't disappointed XD

OBM Jaslyn Wong hi there, did you manage to get the mousse texture? I can't, I don't know what went wrong and I waited my butter to be in room temperature
Delicious! Thanx Laura!!!!! 🍫
Love her face when she ate the brownie :)

In YOUR opinion, so keep it in YOUR fuckin brain, and btw... BACK OFF HATER, what could you do?💁🙅

Just don't let the cops know about it....
what is that black salt thing u put in?
Yougi G she didn't add black salt. If you are referring at the dark powder she had next to the salt it was expresso (coffee) powder.
ah i c... i thought she already mixed the expresso with water
Yougi G yes she mixed it and then when she added the salt she said there it was some leftover expresso powder mixed with the salt ☺
you guys are killing me with laughter
I baked this yesterday & let it cool overnight and the brownies turned out SO GOOD AHHH IM IN LOVE
WHAT ARE THE MESUREMENTS??
Go to the website. There it has the full recipe.
EiLeEN BeAN I went to the website and still can't find it or is it .I might have to invent my own Measurements but thats ok
There is a search bar on the website. If you search up "fudgy brownies", it should be there.
Oh Ty :)
Haha np
Hope you make them successfully, they're delicious :)
Did any one else see her eyes go crazy at 0:43

khalid dabbss lmaooooooo im crying

Lmao!! Ive been there 😂
I tried this recipe for about 5-6 times and it did notttt workkk... it always came out like a cakey browniee. the temp. and timings were perfect i didn't over mix i didnt use self-raising flour i used exact measurements, the tin i baked it in was same. i have no idea why i can't get the same texture as in the video. Please can someone help !
@laura in the Kitchen please help!!!
Kubra The Baker
I just tried the recipe and mine had a weird texture too. Once I put in the instant espresso, it like seperated my butter sugar mixture. So I proceeded to do everything as her and whisked harder. Once I put in the chocolate and flour , it seemed to turn out like hers. Whipped, but we’ll see how it turns out once it bakes.
Seems like their are always difficulties
I just wanted to know if that happened to your brownies?
pause video on exactly 00:43😂😂😂😂😂😂

Ok these look amazing! I can tell you made these a million times! I love a fudge brownie! I love how you dove right in and ate one!😍❤️
these brownies are sooooo good. theyre creamy, fudgy, sweet but not that much. just the perfect consistancy.
I made this and I loved it so much ❤️💞 Laura's recipes are the best! I even made a video on how mine turned out and everything! Would be cool if you could check it out x
Did you use coffee in yours
I've made it a few times. Sometimes yes and sometimes no but either way it tasted the same
Thank you ☺️😊
What oven temperature did u preheat ur oven at?!
Masuma Begum 350°
what are mrownies
just made this.. perfect! thanks Laura!!
I want to just put my hand in the screen and eat one
Pause at 0:43 lol she looks like this 😜

+Aleksa Cvetkovic whahahhha
It's cringy af, no lie
I saw that to lmao
Chill, she's cooking . Perhaps, I don't know, getting hungry from the smell of chocolate. Smh 🙄
I made this recipe some time ago and since then tried other recipes, cuz why not, and this is still the best one out there. It has the perfect texture and taste (I always use less sugar than the recipe calls for)
Who's watching in 2016?
Me~ >_
My only criticism would be to emphasize on the exact amounts. It's all guesswork on my end
the exact amounts of ingredients are in her website.. just check with the video no. and you'll never have to guess :)
These were not fudgy at all - good flavor, but cakey and crumbly
you probably didn't follow the instructions correctly then
add 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon and only 1 stick of butter
I agree. mine too. also way too much chocolate for an 8by8 pan of brownies.

+Al Hassan its not so hard go on her search and write brownies. it pops up right away shouldn't be so difficult
+Sasha Melamud but it's wasting my time... 😳... Anyway, thank you
It's so hard for people from different countries to understand and work with ounces!
grammars would be so much more helpfull
You can look it up on Google or something and there should usually be a converter.
grams*
It's no use, she won't even tell people how much is her one cup of flour.
***** It's one cup. The measurement is ONE CUP. If you have a measuring beaker, glass or measuring spoons, there is a measurement labelled "cup".
zvezdapadalica15 One Cup of flour can be varied from 115g to 130g depends on how to spoon your flour.
So keep yelling, keep protecting your Laura, and have more people leave or stop talking
.
My mixture was chunky and weird after I added the eggs
same here
Mina Ihab I made it again. It's because my butter wasn't fully at room temperature.
+jinixx oh that's may be why because it wasnt room temperature also
megan butter cannot be that warm in room temperature to cook eggs
then you did something wrong
Im making this recipe of brownies since 10 years
LEGIT THE BEST ONE ON TH-cam ❤
its weird how she talk like she have a nose congestion
how nice you are
Accent. -_-
Jeez it's just her accent don't criticize
Emma Larson Kahain has a point though
***** lmao yes cx
I fucked up. I only gave them 30 minutes in the oven, and now its like liquid chunky chocolate pudding :/
Eww xD
why not just put it back in and give it that extra 10
next time poke a skewer or knife through comes out clean its cooked but if it comes out with batter onit then cook further and check again
i'll try another time. Thanks for your help.
Sounds like you messed up on the flour ratio and cooking temperature.
am I the only one who kept trying to get a clear glimpse of that rock on her finger?!
Yes big diamond!
Must be a woman thing. I didn't even notice.
There was a rock?
Thank you Laura this is such a great recipe! I have made this a number of times over the years and it’s always come out so well! Always a 9/10 if not a 10/10!
