we have similar thing here in Malaysia but I guess all asian country do have them but with different names and all kind of toppings/ingredients in the shaved ice to make it interesting. In Malaysia we called it “Air Batu Campur”. If I got to go back to Japan, I will definitely got to try this. Makes me wonder why I didn’t try all this when I was in Japan last time 🤣🤣

Just visited Sebastian … heads up u need to make 3 day advance reservation.. they paste a QR code at the front entrance. We didn’t have reservation but we were lucky cos another customer cancelled theirs so we could back later on that day to try it out
