Scott best no nonsense video I’ve seen in a very long time. I’m cutting squish and decking bases in a primitive slow way. I find good numbers are key. I think I get more % of my gains through timing shape and textures and exhaust mods than I do from my machining. Thanks again.

I appreciate you sharing this information. I dont have alot of time to figure all this stuff out when I'm doing trees full time. It is a goal of mine to make a more productive work saw and come up with my own numbers. So far my 200t is my best work with just opening intake and exhuast and gasket delete. It's a ripper.

More & more I'm suspecting you've got employment history at one of the major OEM's, I'd always wondered *where* those guys are, figured places like OPE would be godsends to them, but in seeing you & thinking "guy may've been at round-tables, at drawing-board, with a team *developing* a powersaw model"!! Not trying to be hyperbolic or anything, your content is up for free & almost nobody reads comments anyways, I just had to ask because being 1.5 decades early on flatter/flat squish bands is just insanely impressive (it's like the handfuls who were using "rigging ring" type slings using D-shackles, before real rings came out & replaced pulleys for most rigging) Thanks as always, never felt so confident building and not only am I doing the 2-660's project but my husq 425T/zenoah g2500 clone lost so much compression it finally died, will be getting it a new top-end, and only now am I feeling confident "choosing my own #'s" for a powerhead where I won't find any threads, any youtubes, etc etc for porting that specific cylinder (and it's an odd-duck cylinder, exhaust port literally has a wall, presumably to prevent freeporting)
