very informative...I did not know that you have to keep 5% for deposit and 5% for the commission for the Real State Agent.. thanks. just one question. as your Guest/ Husband is a Real State Agent, how he sees a 1 bedroom apartments in Mulberry 2, Dubai Hills Estate... I meant location to downtown, safety, rental price etc...

What’s your take on the area Jumeirah by the coastline where also Burj Al Arab is…it’s quite a long coastline but there is not a lot of info on people living there, like there is for marina, downtown, JVC etc
