- Meditation is a time to take inventory of your inner world, to reflect, and to learn to simply be in the moment, noticing details with your attention. Enjoy this 10-minute guided meditation to support you in gracefully moving through your inner world to take inventory, and in so doing to let go and be with what is without judgment or struggle. Be guided to use your breath to help you gain more awareness of your inner world. With informed awareness of inner life, the choice to let go, relax, and perhaps choose differently becomes more possible.

Laurel Boivin, life coach and founder of Flux+Flow Professional Coaching, helps high-performing professionals overcome overwhelm and disillusionment by increasing self-awareness and shifting perspective to improve performance, increase personal contribution, and experience a greater sense of fulfillment and purpose. Laurel began coaching after a
30-year corporate career. A Reiki master and yoga practitioner, collector of sea glass and antiques, she lives in New Hampshire and summers in Maine.
