This is beautiful, I visited this one in a different location it's huge. I would change the tile backslash to a plain white subway tile. Change the front door for less windows.

If i was building anything it would be better insulated and built with 2x6 for outside walls and have more liveable area for the cost. No resale value and over $200.00 per square foot is insane. You could buy an older brick home for less size for size
