😂😂😂 Anyone who spends $108,000 for this SMALL space is on something serious that makes them incapable of making good decisions, LOL. I can purchase a newer model THREE BEDROOM, TWO BATHROOM mobile home for way less. Homes like the one in this video were ORIGINALLY supposed to be AFFORDABLE until GREEDY companies got involved. So many people on TH-cam have built their own BEAUTIFUL homes for UNDER $50K. This price must be an early April's Fools joke. 😂

Go with open shelving in the kitchen in the bathroom that will bring some of the costs down

Even if was in my 20's I still wouldn't want a mini house with a stupid loft where you have to climb up and down a damn ladder and then crawl around . Not even if I had kids they wouldn't be climbing a ladder, I can see someone climbing down in the middle of the night half asleep and fall to the floor and break something. And way over priced !

We looked at this exact home when it was on the lot and fell in love so ordered for it to be duplicated. So far it’s not proving to be a positive experience, so many downgrades were slipped in that it could be mistaken as a Temu version. Hopefully it will be straightened out so that the end review can be a good one 🙏 As of right now though, I definitely suggest anyone considering beware of overpromise and under delivery 😔

Reports have been coming in on the shed to cabins and mold has taken over. The studs are too far out and no soffits or vents were put in. The wood is flimsy. These MUST have spray closed cell foam insulation as well.

Needs gutters!! The outside wood is not real wood and will ruin in no time without gutters!! Cheap!!!! Those fan's are way too dark. NO Glass back door, a nice security door would serve the purpose much better

Actually, the walls & ceiling are glazed pine V-GROOVE, NOT SHIPLAP. This is WAY OVERPRICED, IMHO.

A huge window right next to the shower is a no go.

I think people really need to get in touch with their inner handyman and relearn to build it themselves save 80k

No wonder house buyers blow-up my phone on a daily basis. I live in a 3 bedroom 1 and a half bath brick house with an attached garage and 1150 square feet in a safe medium size city near Oklahoma City. Did I mention it's brick and has an attached garage?

I had a 1000 square foot home built for under 75,000…. Foundation and, septic and, electric included. And water. These prices are ridiculous.

Maybe they should be donated for the people in hurricane areas.

Not bad but should be about $165.00 a sq ft. $ 198.00 is to much considering you have to lease a lot with water and sewer or buy land and put a well and septic. My home is brand new. Corner lot. 125 x 125. 1,476 sq ft. 3 br 2 ba 2 car garage and 16 x 10 covered lanai ( porch) paid 287,00 thats about $ 194 sq ft but that includes land, septic and water.

144,000 is a little steep. Is it due to wood and other supplies beimg so high? It's a clever little place. The closet is huge. Never seen a closet like that. Very interesting lay out. Clever. The loft I feel should be a little bigger. However it's not my home. I do hole the fmily is very happy with it. Need a giant deck. Have part of it closed in. Make it look like a very pretty green house. That way around holidays and rainy days you can still entertain friends and family with out getting soaked. A little heater during f the cold months and yiu will havea very nice spot to hang with friends and family. Seen that dine on a tiny home in new Zealand and it is gorgeous they way they set it up. Recycled windows, and some new. Just beaitiful the way it was done. Looks brand new and keeps the heat in during the winter too. It is the only way in to get get to the front door. The security on that home is impressive as well.. any way this home inth8s video is pretty cool, the price though is a little steep. However it is fat cheaper than. Buying a home now,be it newly built or wel a used home. Buying land is crazy. Don't k ow which is worse property tax or the cryptids that. Ay be in the area. Lol

That's $200 per square foot & more; too expensive.
