When houses are cheap, its because everything in them is cheap, and they are built with the cheapest and most inexperienced labor using the cheapest hardware, doors, windows, etc. The axiom "You get what you pay for" is absolutely true.

I'm sure they would make accommodations. I believe the new all in one unit doesn't have a vent.

Bedroom is too small. Only 8'1" on one of the walls.
