After my failed camp last week whilst hiking the Edale Skyline, I still neded to tick off April's wild camp. Paddy and I were joined on this one by Steve, from @fireicebushcraft3950
The weather forecast for this camp looked a lot better than our last camp on Caradoc during Storm Isha!

It definitely is... Love it when you can't get a signal, so it forces you to not scroll through social media and actually connect with nature 👌🏼

Thanks both. It's a fantastic part of the country, often overlooked, mainly probably due to having Snowdonia and the Peaks relatively close by. Plenty of options for walks and spots to camp.

Tastes great and really satisfying to chew into. Proper jaw workout. Speaking of great chocolate products, I recently discovered Cadburys Caramilk. Different sort if thing and full of sugar, but delicious.

Thank you... It's a great mat, doesn't have a high r-value, think it's around 1.6, so it's not one for winter. I was kept warm on this camp though. It's comfy, which is always a bonus! Lightweight and packs small as well 👍🏼
