Are you stupid? Egg yolk becomes hard when it's cooked to a higher temperature. This literally could not happen because if the yolk was at a temperature hot enough to burn someone, it would be solid like a hard boiled egg.

i saw something awhile ago about this, this is why i came to this video, but they actually squash sausage and turn it into patties, they dont actually use beef, thats why it has that specific taste to it, i guess not too many people know about it
Did you say beef is the main ingredient you used? A breakfast _sausage_ pattie should be 100% pork! I buy best quality pork sausages from Aldi or Tesco and squeeze out the sausage meat. This is 90 to 95% pork content. I make 6 patties at a time and freeze them. When frozen I bag them with my vacuum sealer.

Looked good but I've done egg like that and it's not the same as from a cafe or drive through. I actually opt for processed cheese slices, because that's exactly what they use. It don't work using non-processed cheese I think. For the egg, I drop it from a height to make it split, which I think is what they do in McDonald's. Burger King I think they use a scrambled egg patty. Im very keen to try your sausage patty seasoning. When I use sausage meat from the store it just doesn't taste anywhere nes the same. I think the main flavouring comes from the fat

In Oz it gets called corn polenta based on the Italian style rather than the Spanish/Mexican version of corn meal we can now get corn meal here that says corn meal and white corn meal from Mexico
