    Here's a quick POV night drive with an all-new Mazda CX-60! This one here is Mazda's first-ever plug-in hybrid. It's also pretty much loaded with a top-of-the-line Takumi trim level, Driver Assistance package and panoramic roof.
    It doesn't have the Convenience and Sound package ticked, meaning that the electric tailgate and Bose Soundsystem are missing.

    Hi,
    I’ve done a little over 1500km on my 3.3L in-line 6 x mild hybrid, which is the only model delivered in Japan for now.
    So far so good. Transmission is unique but not super smooth. The ride? Lots of talks going on here, some says, TOO STIFF, bumpy, immature. I was expecting much more comfort ride but let’s see how it breaks in from now on.
    How do you recon the car up there?

      Thanks for the useful information! In my area (Baltics / Nordics) there's only the PHEV version available for now. Inline-6 versions should arrive in the future.
      But I would agree with you - generally, it's a wonderful vehicle with a timeless design, a gorgeous interior with high-quality materials but some aspects are indeed off. For me the ride was ok - it's a Mazda thing - the driver has to feel the car and the road. Handling is very impressive but yeah, it could be more comfortable. Still, it's the most comfortable Mazda I have ever driven. Generally, it's a very different PHEV - very machine-like - you can hear it makes mechanical noises even in EV mode. But I find it cool and unique. The biggest issue is the smoothness - it tends to be clunky when it transitions between EV and hybrid mode.
      I have a review video coming soon, I'll cover it all in-depth then. But generally, it's a diamond with some rough edges.

    The soundproofing in the cabin is so incredible, Mazda is a master.

      Oh yes! It's very quiet in there, especially for Mazda. Overall the CX-60 is a masterpiece!

    Can u change the Ambient Color ? And comes the homura version with Ambient lighting too?

    • @Specproof
      @Specproof  16 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Great question! The colour of ambient light is not configurable unfortunately. The only available colour is white.
      According to my local price list there are two types of ambient lighting.
      General ambient lighting in white comes only in Homura and Takumi Trims.
      Separate ambient light inside the front doors is included in Comfort & Sound package.
      I really suggest you to check out your local price list. Because the ambient light part is rather confusing. For example in the UK there's only one type of ambient lighting stated. In the Baltics there are additional ambient light written down and in the Germany it's even more specific.

    €63,000 and you don't have the electric tailgate? 🤔🤦🏻‍♂️

    • @Specproof
      @Specproof  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yep! It comes in a separate optional package which also includes a Bose sound, a 360-degree camera system, and some other tiny bits.
      And at the same time, the HUD is standard in most markets. Go figure.

    What is it with the rubbish headlights

      Maybe they seem rubbish in the video but they were fine in real life.
