      The first one was just clumsy of him. If you look closely at the second almost incident you can see that his left small indicator under his side mirror was blinking. So I think that he used his turning signal but his rear blinker was dead, that's why it looked like he just wanted to change lane without an indicator

    The whining while accelerating sounds like a supercharger 😃

    Did a test drive this morning. I regret it's not noticeable in your video but switching EV to Sport let the engine start and rev a bit while the screen is chaning color. A lot of satisfaction. The whole power is really fun, people won't see the car is proning a bit which is also very satisfying. While driving full EV in town is very comfy and calm. Perfect family/utility car with enough power in all situation. Seems perfect. I heard they will replace every shock absorber to compensate the first feedback. I didn't find the steer too vague like other people while i'm driving mx5 daily I found it pretty precise for a 2t truck :)
    I def plan to buy one of this to complete my Mazda garage.

    I absolutely love it, dear Mazda plz fix that center dash cheap rubber looking material! The pattern is horrible and looks cheap..doesn’t belong in this beauty.

      Honestly, given the pricetag of this car i was suprised in a positive way. It was such fun driving it. The comfort was very good and also the sporty noise it produced with kinda shocking to hear from such an suv :) Maybe the only thing that bothered me was the infotainment system. If you compare it for example with the new infotainment system of Kia i find this one kinda user unfriendly unlike the Kia's system even if you never had driven the car you can find all the stuff you need quite easily. But that's a minor detail. All by all it's worth the money i believe (especially the 327hp version) :)

      @@davtyanautomotive8452 thanks for the extensive answer. Good to know about the infotainment system. Maybe it gets better once you‘re used to it. i ordered the same car you tested fully packed for 50k (after bonuses and discount) and it seems well worth the money

      I got mine a few weeks ago and have driven it 2000km. I can charge it at home and at work and have used 30 litres of petrol so far. I am very pleased that I chose this instead of the NX 450h+! You have a great car to look forward to!

    when you speed up and then take your foot off the gas pedal, why is the engine still roaring? In my CX-30 it then switches to lower gear and drives smoothly and without that roar

    • @JM-zg3df
      @JM-zg3df ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Because it was in sports mode which holds the gears. Normal mode would do what you CX30 does.

    Finally a new good looking SUV by reliable Japanese premium Mazda, And not a boring ugly one like Toyota plastic and Koreans make.
    The interior looks better in white in a higher trim model, Sounds good too, Hopefully it'll be reliable.
    Too bad it'll cost over 100k$ in my thief country.

    Im not sure about high powered petrol (and some diesel) SUVs. Driven a few makes and models and found the ride too firm as they usually have stiffer suspension and lower profile tyres. For me the letters SUV mean big comfortable car that you don't feel the bumps and crap road surfaces. Id rather have comfort instead of pointless 0-60 times. I don't care what anyone else drives or how fast their cars are, i'm not going to be racing them.

      Mazda tend to make their cars stiff.

    • @thewhitepanda60
      @thewhitepanda60 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's decent. Definitely not on the level of other premium SUVs.
      It's stiff and kind of uncomfortable, but makes the car feel very stable, even in sharp corners. And it's not adaptive at all.
      I expected a lot more.
      I'd put it on a level with the Skoda Octavia or Yeti.
      Additionaly, the engine tends to get loud, even when in normal mode.
