Reform needs to either start talking about mass returns or get off the pot. Stopping just isn’t enough. I’m hoping they know this and are just carefully managing the message till the public are fully peaked and ready to accept the diabolical reality…

The reason electricity is expensive in the uk is that it is tied to gas prices!

If Kendrick could not persuade the Cabinet to leave the ECHR and so resigned. What makes him think he can win that or any argument of equal importance of he becomes the leader of a divisive and also divided Parliamentary party.
Have any of the candidates got what it takes to lead the country out of this crisis?
Why not admit Farage is the leader of the opposition and join Reform!

I heard him a few weeks ago and I don't think he understood the stake at hand. From what he says now I am much more convinced.

Renewables make the UK's energy supply more secure not less as we can make our own and not rely on international oil and gas prices

Meh, disappointing. Why are they so scared of being actually right wing rather than worshipping the centre right.

Solid-state batteries are now becoming commercially available though. (Or semi-solid, at least.) They're lot less flammable and more durable. I'd say it would make more sense to invest in developing that technology. Rather than pouring money into deploying infrastructure which is already becoming obsolete.

Jenrick expresses himself like an effete zoomer and says "kinda" too much to be trustworthy.

It's just another middlingright Torygraph podcast now.
Not much more of the cutting edge of the bleeding obvious to those with common sense.
Halligan will no doubt again pretend that as an Irishman whose family is from just across the water, he's in the same camp as the rainbow coalition of those from far flung foreign extraction on the issue of immigration & the demographic minoritisation & cultural denigration of Britons in their own homelands; without a word to say against the former continuing & a continued pretence that it's disconnected to the latter.
