@DrRowe I’m in desperate need of a decompression from lower back to my ankles I’ve seen you explain it all but no help, I need you asap, I need an appointment only issue is I’m in nyc, maybe you can refer me to someone or I can go to you asap please the pain I feel is excruciating seriously even when I try to do your vids physically
The algorithm is insane, seems like anytime I have a muscle issue a video is released to help address the muscles affected, they're watching me. I need a tinfoil hat.
So helpful my pelvis was out of alignment for over 18 months - I just got it fixed , my quads still really hurt so this is a beautiful addition to what my in person fellow taught me
I had to take Corticosteroids for tmj pain about 3 years ago. One nasty side effect was that I lost muscle mass and my tendons shifted and I dislocated my shoulder easily. One thing I noticed was that my knee would hurt when I pressed down on the accelerater while driving right after finishing the medication. After making some diet changes I'm finally starting to exercise. These videos have helped me immensely. Thank you for everything you do.
This is exactly what I need right now. Amazing. I keep pausing to try the various things. For me it’s the left side, but I like your comments on balance. I have issues at work with a lot of standing without enough movement, and it is bothering my quads and lower back. Thank you. Subbed. I will explore your videos further.
Im generally really skeptical of chiropractivs because so far on youtube, most if them ive seen claim to cure cancer by crackin your back man. But your videos are something I look forward to learning from rather than make fun of. Also you got a sick bod brah.
thanks a lot Dr Rowe for the great quality of your videos and explanations you give and show! May I suggest a video focused on cruralgia? I would be very greatful!
It's been two weeks since I started having quadriceps soreness, and I must say that these sessions have been incredibly helpful. My competition is in 3 weeks, but I'm having trouble running the 100 meters every day because of this thigh soreness. These stretches makes a big difference. How long will it take to fully heal, doctor? My agony is so intense that I can't finish in time when I run.
This is an excellent set of exercises. I have chronic IT band inflammation. WIll try this exercise (including the massage at the end) for a month to ee whether it helps my condition, Thank you, Dr. Rowe.
Thank you. Was on an inversion table to try and relieve 20 year old lower mid and back pain and to try to increase the traction when fully inverted I pulled with my hands. I felt and heard something make a ripping noise and since then I’ve had a pain and numbness in right thigh to the point where the muscle has lost much of its functionality. My calf seems to be constantly in tension and soreness runs from my calf and above my knee through my entire thigh muscle and is even sore on the outside of my hip and into the top of my glutes. This was about 18 months ago and not really getting better and when bad I almost drag my right leg. I can’t cross my legs any more, really difficult to put a sock on either foot. Are these suitable for whatever type of damage I might have done to myself please, I guess I must have torn a tendon or a muscle.
Hi I hope you can respond. I got a hip replacement done 3 months ago I have hip dysplasia. I can see around the area particularly on the inside of the knee it is very thin compared to my other leg I can feel just one in my hand down the area but down to my knee and I get a lot of pain to be honest and I first noticed this this burning sensation going on about 3 years ago whenever I was walking it felt like to be honest I like my leg was pairing away (that's just how I described it). This it stopped or subsided after maybe a year or so, I feel like a clunking is going on the inside in the knee. I'm assuming because on the inside it's become looser because there is no strength to the muscle and it's allowing the knee joint to move around. If I pick up my leg is heavy but then sometimes it's fine like I said I feel like it's on the inside particular and over top thigh area as well, will these exercises be able to reverse this problem? How long should I expect for this to improve as I want to get back to cycling? Would using a sports massager help? Thanks
Mine hurts way up on top not down by my knee and only if I like forget them injured and start walking too fast and therefore take too big of steps. I’m finding it very difficult to find exercises to rehab that particular spot. Nothing else hurts or is weak nothing is bulging nothing is weird.
I was able to do the stetch and massage sections of this video, but everything else was only for a person who can stand. I'd like to know why I'm getting this pain in the 1st place. Sure, it would come up now and again when I was an able bodied runner or when I was cycling for hundreds [yes plural] miles a day... but why now when i cannot walk [note due to foot injury, legs are still good]? Surely I'm not straining leg muscles while sitting in the wheelchair ♿️. The only other thing that's changed recently was getting an adjustable bed, but that doesn't sound like it could be the cause.
I do the lunge/leg bend exercise like you showed on the video above during yoga. While doing the lunge exercise, I only experience pain on the side of my front thigh of my bent leg after holding the lunge exercise for longer than 20 seconds. Then I have to straighten my bent leg to release the tension. I could repeat to bend my legs / lunge exercise but never hold for too long before the strain recurs. The other leg is fine and has no such issue. Does it have to do with my bending range? What stretch or exercise can I do to improve it?
Hi dr i injured my left knee while doing high knees .it pained a lot at that time at the back of rhe knee.it hot better but even now when i do heavy leg excercises ,the knee cap ares gets swollen qnd quads become stiff.its been 2 mnths now
the only real way is to work them in spite of pain. You can rest it and it will stop hurting only to start hurting again as soon as you start using it again.
@robdixson196 how long did it take until it got better for you? And when you say working them do you mean walking thru the pain or doing the exercises in the video? I am worried if I walk thru the pain ill get a proper overuse injury
@@ImGoodThankYou Is it the kind of pain where it is hard to even find a comfortable position to sleep? if you are in agony DON'T push it. Use the bad leg in a way that you aren't making the pain worse. Use the one leg being out of service as an opportunity to strengthen the other leg. lunges and single leg squats are good You push a bit through annoying and even a bit into very annoying. My right quad is mildly flared up at the moment. i have just backed off intensity of exercise a little. It made me notice how ridiculously stronger my right leg is. I have been consciously making the left leg do the majority of simple tasks like sitting standing kneeling etc. I suspect overuse of the right was the start of the issue. Today I will still deadlift and do barbel squats but lighter intending to progress back to where i was. you just gotta stay in it, but keep things well short of torture. Good luck :)
Hello Doctor, I walk with my legs high, I wish they were like a penguin in the first place. When I put on tight pants and I walked for a long time, I felt something like a sweat that is located at the top of the right thigh on the right. It has decreased by 2 or three centimeters since that neighborhood, and I am walking like a penguin in the two legs. I do not know what is the solution please answer me and thank you
The first exercise is a warm up 🤯 first video iv watched and thought F that, no way could I go straight into those exercises/stretches without hip swings, high knees, quad stretch etc to warm up

I play football,8 months ago I had a quad injury so doctor suggested me to rest and it will go away I had to stop football for personal reasons but after 8 months when I returned on the pitch the first day it was OK not perfect but on the second day I actually felt pain while kicking the ball and felt as if I never recovered from my injury please help can't leave football again
I found I came up with some of these my self because of need.(pain). I can hardly walk because my butt and leg muscles are so tight. I wonder why my doc doesn't help other than saying excersice. My bones in my spine are deteriorated hence why I have these problems. Is there nothing but physical therapy?
@@tulin_house Hey! I am worse off. I found I need a hip replacement. I don't understand why it takes years and diff doc to help me. So...I have to quit smoking to have surgery. Then I can go back to seeing if it's gonna get better. If it's from my spine it won't. How's it going for you?
I've gone through the entire process and have not found any release in my right quad pain...I can do the standing quad stretch just fine on my left side but not on my right one. Never before has that stretch been challenging for me. Did I actually tear one of my quads?

I always viewed wall squats or gliding/sliding wall squats as cheatinghowever, they're great for people who're not strong enough to do free-squats or may have an injury. Pro tip: *For proper form when free-squatting, take any stick of appropriate length and try holding it behind the knees when in a squat position; this will correct your form and you'll be squatting like a Shaolin Monk in no time!🧎🏽♂🏋🏽♂
