spinal block for a c section has a lump area on spine.. one tells me his fat one says scar tissue.. would this create quads tightening - then going down exterior side of leg all way to if toe n front ankle
If the stretching is genuinely effective ie) PNF stretching then it’s best to do prior as you should function better immediately. If testing/retesting the effectiveness of stretching then it’s best to do the movement first to establish a baseline!
It’s a good question mate. Respectfully, I think Chiros have done an amazing job at marketing themselves as the go-to spinal people. I’m just not necessarily enamoured with the language and methodology they use. If it helps, in 20 years I’m yet to feel the need to refer on to a chiropractor.
My physio as said above says they are generally good salesmen…he also said there have apparently been studies relating people who have had chiro and also suffered from strokes…
How did you find this perspective? Hope it helped!
I have my l5s1 discectomy done. Which way can I use foam roller ?

Grant, just wondering what your thoughts are regarding chiro treatment? Just asking as many issues with tightness all point back to the spine.

Complete waste of money. Been to few. Regret. An osteopath is better. Fixed in just a few sessions problem what chiros told me to keep coming in for
See physio or osteopath instead. Complete waste of money chiros are. Osteopath fixed me

It really depends on the person and how it makes them feel.
