Great content Jeremy. I came across your channel via Brad Leas pod. Would you be able to answer one questions which I am struggling with. Assume you're selling real estate and you find the perfect property by identifying the clients need to match the product(apartment i.e) to the need. Now assume the property you found costs $300k. So let's say there are 2 other listing agents are selling the same type of apartment for $285k. How would you deal with that after putting in all the work, only to have the client going "witness protection" on your words and going with the other agent with lower price of exactly the same product? Assume there is no exclusive agreement signed to source the product
