- The Pesticide residue has been the most demandable test all over the world for food, especially fruits and vegetables. Gas Chromatography is the most widely adopted technique in pesticide residue analysis. Pesticides that are amenable to direct analysis by means of GC should preferably be determined by means of this method because it separates well, is fast, and has available many selective and sensitive detectors. This video is developed to show you in details about the sample
preparation for pesticide residue analysis of vegetable samples.

It's my pleasure
I am a researcher of an institute. For this video I waited so long, thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Great video. TH-cam does not have this kinds of video except yours. Thanks for making this.❤❤❤
Welcome. Stay with us.
This is the most wanted experiment. Just loved it. Keep going Sir. Salute
Thanks a ton
Very organized and well equipped video. Thanks for uploading this.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Superb. You made easy to determine the pesticide residue.

Nice Video. Very Helpful
Glad it was helpful!
I have a doubt about how the calibration curve was made for that method, it is only done in solvent?...should some correction be made for the determination of the concentration?
Thanks for this. Soo needed video
You are welcome.
i can't wait your new video, but can i request something? please make video about MPN analysis , thank you mam
Noted. We will make it soon. Stay with us.
Very informative video. Keep it up. May I ask what type of fruits and vegetables can be analyzed with this method? Thank you in advance.
All kinds of fruits and vegitables
Thankyou respected ❤❤
Thanks a bunch
Hi im interested in detecting the presence of aromatic compounds in soil sample ! So in silica gel purification column ,i will have to use florosil and sodium sulphate only ?
Yes
Is this method of extraction different from QuEChERS? the video is very clear, thank you very much
Yes. QuEChERS method is different
Nice Experiment.
Thank you! Cheers!
thanks for the video. Can I use Petroleum ether instead of n-Hexane?
Yes. You can
Thank you
You are welcome
Thanks
No problem
Which extraction method you have used sir
thanks
You are welcome
Can I use Petrolium ether instead of hexane? Thanks
Hexane is betted but you can use Petroleum Ether
I am also interested in this field.
Good
Can use acetonitrile instead of n hexane
No. In this procedure acetonitrile will not work because of Florisil. You must use n-Hexane

Hi can we use this procedure for extraction of ivermectin ? Please answer me 🥺
No. You can't use this method for ivermectin
How can I extract ivermectin? please
Why dilution factor is 2? Thanks
The dilution factor should be 0.5 (Final Volume/sample weight=10ml/20g=0.5)
Can We detect pesticide by TLC
No
@@MicroChemsExperiments how are you so sure
ma'am what is a name of this method
Florisil cleanup and extraction method
thank you ma'am@@MicroChemsExperiments
Can you give me chance
Not in my lab. Try to join in other labs
🤯 I not understand anything again 🤯
why didn't you mention GC in first place, thats cheating.
