Where do you aim with that 1.5x chevron dot??? Which part of the chevron is where the actual bullet hits?, obviously the center but the top? Bottom? Middle?
Why tf is there no counter to these? Like this is the only game in history where there is no perk or gadget or anything that lets you stay off someone’s thermal sight. You can be seen sniping in a field 7399287 meters away by someone with a red set sight. Ridiculous
You can snipe someone from far away with any sight. It also isnt true that there is no counter. The smoke grenade is a counter. Smoke grenades are already really usefull and countering thermals with them is even better. The thermals also decrease the handling of weapons so it aint always that good.
Great demonstration on these optics. I reinstalled BF2042 last night and I'm pleasantly surprised with how well it's playing now.

I cant see through smoke, is they normal?
Do you need to unlock them for every gun? Or can you do one and it unlocks the rest ?
unfortunately you have to unlock it for every weapon
