Hi, I just want to say thank you so much for this video. I used a halogen oven with your instructions for the first time ever yesterday (New Years Day 2023) I cooked my first ever beef brisket and my whole family said wow this beef is amazing, our New Year’s Day dinner was a success. So thank you again and I wish you and your family a happy New Year
On my brisket joint of beef it says cook for over 3 hours… I hope this turns out ok in air fryer via your method… that’s under an hour I think you did it in… will it be ok, brisket is under a kg in weight
Just did it and it came out chewy and tough, but could be the joint of beef itself, however there’s no denying beef is harder to cook and get right than pork, lamb or chicken, you can’t really mess those up, beef I’ve never been able to get tender and not chewy…
The meat did not seem to lose much of it's size so I will try that next time we have Beef. I like meat well done, i.e, nice and crispy and not much juice inside should I cook it longer? Thanks for the video I enjoyed it but it has made me hungry.

Happy new year and so glad you all enjoyed it. The brisket is one of our favourites to air fry.
Thank you! You gave great, easy to follow instructions ❤
I recently got a Consori like yours and I find your videos do helpful, Thank you !
Thank you very much and we love our cosori
Fantastic video. Clear and well described. Thanks - I was worried when forking out £7 for Brisket that I would kill it in the air fryer
Thank you - we love air fryer brisket x
Going to try this afternoon and let you know how it goes! I love my Ninja, never use the oven anymore.
Enjoy 😋
Could you use silverside joint. Will definitely try the brisket.
Yes you could. I’ve done it in the slow cooker and in the air fryer.
Could you do potatoes of the same time or do you have to clean the basket and do veg separately?
Yes you can do at the same time. I've done it like that with many meats. See this roast recipe as an example recipethis.com/air-fryer-pot-roast/

Absolutely we have done several brisket joints in the air fryer.

@@markfowlermusic yeah it's harder but depends on how cheap a cut it is and time and temp used.
@@markfowlermusic30minutes 370 each side 1 hour 210 let it sit for one hour
Excellent! Thank you.....Nice nails BTW😎
