I always admire the balance you strike between leaving no stone unturned on the service vs the 'good enough' assessment you make on component replacement. Very professional.
Love it. I love seeing the variety of European bikes. We don't see (at least I don't) many different kinds of bikes like that over in the US. Thank for making my mid-week.
I haven't seen an enduro style/fully on the channel. I'm currently in the process of getting a bike ready for my son and am doing the no stone unturned approach. Took me a while to figure out a way to get the rear disassembled, one part stuck quite nasty.
Condor are from London. They sell custom framesets not cheap but very high quality with an emphasis on steel but good aluminium (note the 2nd i :)) and carbon also. I'm saving up my pennies for a bespoke bike from them mate.
Pride , pride in one’s efforts, it really deserves acknowledgement. I have watched ALL of your videos, and the pride you take in doing what you do is admirable. Thank you.
Always liked Condor bikes. I got my first bike when I was 5 so 54 years ago. So luckily for me I am of the generation where as kids we bought scrap bikes for pennies and learned to rebuild them and also our Secondary school including bike maintenance in its mechanics classes so we also learned from that and over the years I have built up a modest tool kit so I service my own bike but it is nice watching these videos to see I am doing my maintenance correctly still. There is something very satisfying riding a bike you have freshly serviced yourself.
Awesome looking bike. And again learned something new from you about the chain length. I only ride Singlespeed/Fixed but service my families bikes. So their bikes gonna appreciate your wisdom!
That's what I thought. I assumed it was Reynolds, until towards the end and I saw the sticker. Its a cracking bike and great to see it so well used and serviced so diligently.
What a service shop I'd like to have just round the corner! Amazing work, really appreciate the people that do spend their time and effort to any detail there is, and there are people that will find and notice this difference, rest assured your work is and will be appreciated.
Oh wow that's a proper bike, one to be used and enjoyed, fabulous colourway. Thanks to the owner for getting you guys to do such a thorough job. Great video as always.
I have a Ridley Orion and it's my utility bike and is set up much like this bike - my main bike is an old Italian Steel Bike old style . I really would love if my local bike shop would do this kind of work ! I would pay whatever as it will extend your bikes life by so many many years ! PS I do look after my bikes but your work is exceptional !👌
I have given a👍out of respect for the effort, and quality of service. I truly respect the work that you put in to putting out these videos. 👍from Louisiana
If we get one in we’ll do one! That’s what we always say we get so many different bikes in its just about picking one that works best for filming so if we get a nice in depth job we’ll film it🧡⚙️
Lovely strip down and service. Bet the owner is well pleased to have it serviced already for the winter season. I have my Cannondale Slice fully stripped down by local store Velo & Oxygen here in Finland 🇫🇮. Team did a great job, had a new cockpit created (bull bars and Tri bars), all new grease to headset and BB. New cables as its rim brake and mech gears. Also new chain and rear cassette. Top quality job it came back a new bike.!
Wonderful job! As for the bike itself, I like it. Haven't seen a condor. Slightly curved seat stays for a bit of comfort. Looks like a very nice commuter/ everyday Rider.
Fantastic job as always. Autoglym SRP is a great polish but I can also recommend Autofinesse triple which is really lovely to use and polishes/protects in one.
Hi guys lovely video again love watching your videos it helps me do my bikes and I’ve also done the the logo on tyre by the valve it looks amazing thank u 🙏
What a beautiful bike this is! I know that sometimes you get comments about how the owners can neglect their bikes like that but I have to disagree there. Bringing your bike to a quality shop like yours is the best thing that can happen to it! Even though I’m able to do most of the stuff you show in your videos by myself - being perfectly honest, my (city) bike doesn’t look any different 😄 Keep on your great work. Greetings from Germany by someone who had to rewatch some of your videos because they are so entertaining 🙈
Great video of a beautiful bike. Indeed, reassembly of a beloved bike is rewarding. In my experience it's the shifting and braking which stand out making the bicycle feel like new again. Cheers! 🚲
Thanks for another great video. I learn so much from watching these and it's a highlight of my week :) Just got into doing mechanics last year, now looking after all our household bikes and a few of my friends' as well!
I love the detail and care you put into these bikes. I plan to bring my mtb into my local shop this winter once the first snow hits. Hope they put the same about of care into mine as you guys put into yours!
Excellent video as always Lee, Loved watching the full rebuild and all your comments. Would you consider doing a video explaining all the tools that you have and what they are used for?
We spend so long making these videos, for now they really only give us an advert for our shop but if they payed in a way that made it worth uploading more in the future we definitely will🧡
Bravo guys, absolutely love this, my new favourite channel! Could watch these videos all day long. Been making my way through the back catalogue and the only thing I’d say is, spend a bit longer on the after shots of the finished job! It’s really satisfying seeing the finished bike but it’s all over quite quickly. Tempted to bring my bike in for a service even though you’re about 165 miles away 😄
Nice job. I've just stripped and cleaned my gravel bike. Wish I'd done it sooner. Feels like a new bike. AutoGlym is a good tip. Thanks for a great video.
This might be a bit much to ask, but would you consider making a workshop tour? I’m currently in the process of converting my garden shed into one and it would be great to have a good example and some inspiration!!
In terms of workshop what you see is what you get, the rest of our shop is packed with stock and bikes. We just work off our one workbench with various tools in all the drawers!🧡⚙️
Hi Bikespeeds. You've probably covered this in another video. You refer to super slick cables. What brand are they please. I'm going to give them a go see how they improve shifting. Cheers and keep up the good work
Lovely as always. Would that ceramic spray be good for raw aluminium? Just to slow down dulling. I'm thinking of some sort of wax or a spray like that. Thanks
Weirdest bike who knows. We definitely get plenty in that are unique, tandems, tall bikes and such! Essential tools is part of the reason it’s good to have a lbs because even we buy new tools every single week, there’s always a new fitting we haven’t seen before⚙️
Just picked the bike up. So pleased with it. Lee has done a fantastic job. It’s like it was 7 years ago. Thanks for such a great job.
Really nice machine…. you and Lee are right to be proud of it…
Thanks again Neil!⚙️
I always admire the balance you strike between leaving no stone unturned on the service vs the 'good enough' assessment you make on component replacement. Very professional.
Thanks for the kind words McGilliicuddy! We try to do as much as we really can🧡⚙️
Truly a dream commuter. 105, Mavic wheels, pretty cool looking old fashioned frame. Gorgeous.
A great “everyday” nice bike🧡
Best part of my week!
Best part of ours!
Love it. I love seeing the variety of European bikes. We don't see (at least I don't) many different kinds of bikes like that over in the US. Thank for making my mid-week.
You’ve probably got some brands over there we don’t get either!⚙️
I haven't seen an enduro style/fully on the channel. I'm currently in the process of getting a bike ready for my son and am doing the no stone unturned approach. Took me a while to figure out a way to get the rear disassembled, one part stuck quite nasty.

PS: also check out Dolan and Ribble from here in the NWest UK
Loved that one, steel is real.
Steel is real!!
I admire your skill, hardwork, and dedication.
Thank you!🧡⚙️
Pride , pride in one’s efforts, it really deserves acknowledgement. I have watched ALL of your videos, and the pride you take in doing what you do is admirable. Thank you.
Thanks James we always appreciate a comment like that, enjoy all our future videos!🧡🧡
Columbus tubing always worthy of a fettling masterclass 👍 Those Italian's know a thing or two about frame building
I was explaining the tubing to Simon when we filmed it. Thanks for watching 👍🏻🧡⚙️
Beautiful machine under all that dirt, well done, top job.....
Thanks very much🧡⚙️
Another brilliant service. I like your attention to detail like lining up the tire logos with the valve stem and nice catch on the overly long chain.
Thanks Christopher, we appreciate it🧡⚙️
Thanks for yet another great video! 👌
Cheers T. Ray! Thanks for the comment 🧡⚙️

Great story! Thanks for watching and enjoy your time working on bikes 🧡
Awesome looking bike. And again learned something new from you about the chain length.
I only ride Singlespeed/Fixed but service my families bikes. So their bikes gonna appreciate your wisdom!
Haha every day is a school day lol🧡⚙️
Lee, that is a beautiful transformation! Seems like a pretty nice bike to have Columbus tubing and 105 components. More than just run of the mill.
That's what I thought. I assumed it was Reynolds, until towards the end and I saw the sticker. Its a cracking bike and great to see it so well used and serviced so diligently.
It’s something unique, loved the colour as well⚙️
Condor bikes, not a very common brand but soooo nice. Great service for a great looking bike
It has the retro 80s look with that badge and colour
The styling on this was very nice definitely🧡
This is a second video from your channel I am watching and loving it while learning. Thank you
Thanks very much for watching!🧡⚙️
I am sure the owner will enjoy the bike, I thoroughly enjoyed this vid. kudos to the level of attention of detail! Keep them coming.
Thanks WizKid!🧡⚙️
What a beautiful bike!
Another beautiful job.
It's a gorgeous looking bike.
Loved the green color🧡
Classy utilitarian bike, it cleaned up remarkably well!
What a service shop I'd like to have just round the corner! Amazing work, really appreciate the people that do spend their time and effort to any detail there is, and there are people that will find and notice this difference, rest assured your work is and will be appreciated.
We appreciate the kind words Michal🧡
Such a transformation. Bet the owner was happy 😃
I do love a Condor, By far my favourite bike shop in london too. the staff there really are fantastic!
Oh wow that's a proper bike, one to be used and enjoyed, fabulous colourway. Thanks to the owner for getting you guys to do such a thorough job. Great video as always.
Cheers Carl! Glad you liked this one⚙️
What a classy looking bike.
What a beautiful job. This steel frame is so slick. You guys are the kings of bike rejuvenation. Kudos.
Haha we like that term😂
Beauty! I'm tempted to wash my bike every week because of you. Haha. I would if I was outdoors often, but I'm not. Thank you for your weekly videos.
Can’t ever be too clean! Thanks for watching Ted🧡⚙️
Excellent thorough job wow.. 10/10 dude 😊🚴🏻😃
Thank you very much!🧡⚙️
Watching your videos has been part of my routine every Thursday Morning. Brilliant and satisfying clean again! Much love from the Philippines
Thanks Alvin! We’ll see you next week then🇵🇭🧡
Excellent service, nice video. The brake service(brake pads & disc rotors) is something my service shop could learn from you among other finer things.
Thanks very much Furgus, very kind 🧡
Greetings from Sweden across the North Sea. Great videos! Keep up the good work.
Greetings Martin! 🇸🇪⚙️
A clean bike is a fast bike 👍
Absolutely!
I have given a👍out of respect for the effort, and quality of service. I truly respect the work that you put in to putting out these videos. 👍from Louisiana
I am really happy to discover your channel sir pls keep it up.
Thanks for watching Christopher!⚙️
Nice work 👍
Thursday morning coffee and bikespeeds! Absolutely amazing every week .much love from New Zealand
See you again this week! Enjoy your coffee🧡⚙️
Would be ~11 hour round trip for me to get to you. With the attention to detail you put into the bikes it feels worth it!!
We’d love to see you but you’d have to make it two trips! Bikes can take a long old time to get done when it comes to ordering parts and what not🧡⚙️
Nice job on a rather nice bike. Columbus steel is sweet and with pretty dropouts 👍🏻
The Columbus steel was a unique touch on this bike!
Great Service. This was a nice build from the start. Must be extra motivation to bring it back to fully function and looking nice. 💚
It’s a very satisfying process that’s for sure⚙️
Great job as always! After that sort of service, I couldn’t bear having it left dirty again!
Another incredible job. I think this video might be my favorite. What a beautiful frame.
Funny how we each have our favorites, glad you liked this one!🧡
Great work as always Gents.
great clean-up and tune-up!
So satisfying
Nice going again. Never know rotor done BBs
They’re pretty good for what they are!⚙️
Hands down the most underrated bike channel! I'd love a full strip down service of my LaPierre Sensium 3 (Disc) like that Condor Fratello recieved.
If we get one in we’ll do one! That’s what we always say we get so many different bikes in its just about picking one that works best for filming so if we get a nice in depth job we’ll film it🧡⚙️
Fantastic Job!!
Great channel!!!
We always appreciate the support Tom!🧡⚙️
Another amazing job, you doubled the value of the bike. Or maybe tripled... :D unfortunately not all bike shops do as good job as yours.
Thanks very much!🧡
Nice work
A lovely and perfect randonneur bike!! great detailing job also
I set up my workshop with the thin oil in a syringe too. What a difference!
Thanks for the idea.
Thanks for watching Rainer🧡
Great tutorial
And you didn’t think you would get a video up this week.. awesome job great video, love the bike
We did it! See you again this week🧡⚙️
fantastic attention to detail resulting in great looking bike.
I wish I had a mechanic like you in my area :(
Love the color scheme and always impressed with your attention to detail such a pleasure to watch 😎

@@Bikespeeds it's smooth as butter now. 🙌😎
As always great video.
Thanks Peter!🧡💪🏼
Wonderful job! As for the bike itself, I like it. Haven't seen a condor. Slightly curved seat stays for a bit of comfort. Looks like a very nice commuter/ everyday Rider.
It had great styling for sure
Great insights
Fantastic job as always. Autoglym SRP is a great polish but I can also recommend Autofinesse triple which is really lovely to use and polishes/protects in one.
Nice Job 😊
Thank you!🧡
Great view! If you bike, or not, it is worth seeing!
Thank you!🧡

Thanks Lewidem! Enjoy your city bike and thanks for watching from Germany!🧡⚙️
Great video of a beautiful bike. Indeed, reassembly of a beloved bike is rewarding. In my experience it's the shifting and braking which stand out making the bicycle feel like new again. Cheers! 🚲
Usually that’s why people end up bringing the bikes in, shifting or braking problems are what spark the service 🧡
Thanks for another great video. I learn so much from watching these and it's a highlight of my week :) Just got into doing mechanics last year, now looking after all our household bikes and a few of my friends' as well!
Enjoy doing your work! Thanks for watching🧡⚙️
Great video guys, really enjoyable seeing the service in detail.
Great video as always. Thanks for all the work you put into making these vidoes for us every week.
Thanks for commenting! Helps us out massively🧡
Great job...what a difference to the bike
liked the colour of the frame, never heard of the brand...
I love the detail and care you put into these bikes. I plan to bring my mtb into my local shop this winter once the first snow hits. Hope they put the same about of care into mine as you guys put into yours!
If you want something above and beyond let them know! I’m sure they’ll rebuild it if that’s what you ask for🧡
Excellent video as always Lee, Loved watching the full rebuild and all your comments.

better than day out of factory 😁😁👍👍 brill !!!!!

Lovely!
Very nice job

Would love to c customers reaction
Fantastic
Found once I’d seen the brand name 👍🏻👍🏻
Nice job. I've just stripped and cleaned my gravel bike. Wish I'd done it sooner. Feels like a new bike. AutoGlym is a good tip. Thanks for a great video.
Thanks For watching Moo! Enjoy your bike and we’ll see you next week🧡⚙️
Might want to add video of the alignment of the derailleur hanger and servicing of the mavic free hub next time
I can sleep easy now!
Would love to see a Dutch style upright bike at some point.
We’ll see if we get one in worth filming🧡
This might be a bit much to ask, but would you consider making a workshop tour? I’m currently in the process of converting my garden shed into one and it would be great to have a good example and some inspiration!!

Amazing as always where are you based ? I’d love a full bike service off you guys incredible stuff
Suffolk, England 🧡
Hi Bikespeeds. You've probably covered this in another video. You refer to super slick cables. What brand are they please. I'm going to give them a go see how they improve shifting. Cheers and keep up the good work
Ours are a “generic” brand if you like as we buy them in bulk for the shop but you can definitely find some by googling super slick cables
Hi, I work at a bike shop In California and we use Blue Magic metal polish, and it really cleans everything, you should try it out
We will give it a look🧡
Lovely job. I took my Btwin Alur 700 apart this week to give it some tlc before Winter. Cannot find spare cable guide frame inserts - any hints?
Lovely as always.
Would that ceramic spray be good for raw aluminium? Just to slow down dulling. I'm thinking of some sort of wax or a spray like that. Thanks
I would imagine so and I don’t see why not, but probably worth checking the bottle🧡⚙️
Great service once again! After years of working on bikes, what’s the weirdest bike you have worked on? Cheers guys. Love from Malaysia
Im also wondering if there’s any essential tools that every biker that services their own bike have at home?
Weirdest bike who knows. We definitely get plenty in that are unique, tandems, tall bikes and such!
Essential tools is part of the reason it’s good to have a lbs because even we buy new tools every single week, there’s always a new fitting we haven’t seen before⚙️
