The measurement shows the beat of the brake disc, but one should be aware that the disc is attached to the hub, the surface of which is not perfectly even and also influences the measurement. Therefore, ATE always recommends HUB beating to have a maximum 0.02 mm (acceptable) and then a shield, the beating of which can not exceed 0.06 mm, so that the shield can be mounted, without fear that we will have a problem with the beating and a perceptible vibration of the brake pedal.

In order to measure the shield itself, it would be necessary to have an ideal rotational surface, which is equal to 0.00 mm, but it is difficult to obtain such a surface in the workshop, so it is assumed that the hub beating at the edges is to be within 0.02 mm and the target with the hub 0.06 mm. If we want to reduce the beating, we can replace the hub with a new one or roll the turner's sand, if possible, that its surface is maximally equal (it will never be perfect).
If, however, the target value of the disc is within 0.06 mm of the runout, then we assemble and do not bother about anything.

Moje miały 6 setek i biły na kierownicę przy hamowaniu. Lewa tarcza miała na miejsca co kilka centymetrów jakby promienie od osi. Były chropowate a tarcza gładka. Klocki były nowe prowadnice wyczyszczone, tarcze grube. Zastanawiam się czy może problem nie był z zaciskiem. Obecnie złożyłem nowy komplet bo nie miałem czasu dokładniej sprawdzać.

Bohdan, a czy można przed założeniem tarczy hamulcowej zakonserwować osłonę tarczy środkiem BOLL do konserwacji podwozia (taki czarny sprawy, co używałeś jak wymieniałeś sprężyny w astrze).

Nie bardzo bo tam panują dość wysokie temperatury co grozi spaleniem srodka do konserwacji.

Ta tarcza, to tarcza firmy FEBI, czyli Ferdynanda Bilsteina ;). Powyższy pomiar to bicie tarczy z piastą. Zawsze jakieś bicie jest, a tutaj dobrze to wygląda :). Niebawem będzie poradnik z wymiany.

nie wierze.... wrzucasz N i gasisz silnik, albo na zapłonie wrzucasz N (zależy od skrzyni)
