Cool just picked up an old 99 Grizzly myself. I remember mine riding like a tank lol. Very reliable though and damn near indestructable. Those amazon carbs are hit and miss it seems but that one runs decent.
I have the same grizzly. Would you mind giving me like a list of the steps to remove that gas tank? I need to get complete access to my carb because whoever took it apart before put a clamp screw up top under the tank and the only way to get it out is by removing it.

I am sorry I bought that some time ago and don't have any part numbers handy. I never changed the jets in it. It was bought off of Amazon. It never worked properly. Someone wanted the Grizzly more than me so I sold it.
It was from Amazon. I wanted a factory carb but couldn't find one. I still may rebuild the factory one. I haven't had much luck yet with the aftermarket carbs on both my Yamaha's. They have been on the back burner for a while. Hope to get back on them soon. Thanks for watching
@@HotRodDave I removed and replaced my carb on my grizzly yesterday based on what i learned from your video, you were spot on. thanks. Question, there are a couple small hoses running under the carb that were disconnected, any idea where they go?

I thought I made a video on it but can't remember it's been a while. I think you need to remove the front rack and plastics first.

27x10 and 27x12 tires. carb came from amazon you may need to rejet it if you buy one.
