I have tried an older version where you peddle vs an elliptical motion. Problem i had was that the peddles were too close together. I have a wider stance and to force feet closer together caused other issues. Looking for measurements on the overall width... space between the peddles etc. Are those available?

Exactly!! I sent my brother the link to the pro as well then I deleted the link and sent him one for this one he can definitely use this I wish insurance paid for this but it’s a good investment if you can get you life back with more circulation in your legs and be more active

So in order for it to work you have to face the remote in front of the system

Only thing is they should have put bumper that is at the toe at the heal to keep your foot from slipping off the pedal.

Can't get the batteries in

Thanks for the review cause now I know I won't buy it!! All these companies including furniture companies expect you to pay full price on their product but let's the customer assemble it which is ridiculous! Harder for some who don't have anyone to help put it together. Wth would it of hurt putting it together and shipping it out assembled. Wth has happened to customer care 😕
Consider the increased shipping costs when wishing it shipped assembled
Shipping it assembled calls for a much larger box which ups the shipping price quite a bit. They do sell preassembled on the website but they’re used I believe - idk how much I trust that even at a discount.

Oh no! If you have cross threaded them you might not be able to without replacing that part. Did you get it working?

What size shoe does the foot pedal accommodate? I have a size 14 (US) and it does not look like the pedal is large enough.
I’m a 10.5 and there is some extra room but I think maybe only up to like a size 12

I appreciate your review but I’m wondering about the benefits. I have RLS and I’m up most of the night walking and would love to be able to sit down and rest while moving my legs. I can’t seem to find anything that specifically talks about the benefits.
Hi Susan. Thanks for the question. Since I’m not a doctor I can’t speak to benefits for RLS specifically unfortunately. If your doctor recommends movement for this condition and you are active, take a look at my Physiopedal review too which offers a wider range of motion. Good luck!
I ordered one of these today, after a friend told me how two people with different conditions have benefited from this machine. I'm 68 and would like to tone up my legs and also have a 3 y/o knee injury that still is a little bothersome. My friend said her 71 y/o sister has been using this machine for a leg injury and for other benefits, and is very happy with the results. And her friend's husband, who is battling lymphedema and kidney failure has been using this machine with great results, reducing his lymphedema. I think it's worth a try.

I’m reaching out to see how the stimulator is doing for you now after a lengthy period of time? I’m 61 and disabled with severe scoliosis of the entire back and also suffer from lymphodema (sp?) in one leg since being bed ridden most of my days with exception of waking to bathroom with assistance and occasionally my husband gets me out of house for drives or trips to stores where I just sit in the car. I’ve been using compression boots on both legs for quite sometime at my drs suggestion. So, I’m wondering how the machine works for you? Thanking you for your kindness. ☺️
Thank you because the the VA sent me one but all it is a foot petal type. It was by Drive Exercise Pedder for my Parkinson's disease and it doesn't help!
What if I need straps to hold foot on? Any straps? My foot doesn’t move.

I have assembled everything according to the manual and it doesn’t work! Help!
I thought the same thing after assembling ours. Press the 1 and it should start right up. Hope this helps

If the ellipse grinds when you first start but stops when you push with your legs, does it need repair? Is it suppose to work without effort

Is it helpful for people with autoimmune illnesses. How long is the card?
I am not a doctor - confirm this with yours. I know people with autoimmune disease can experience severe joint aches and pains. This device will force both the knee and ankle joints to move and the hips to a lesser degree. I would say it depends on whether or not that movement helps your particular symptoms or makes them worse. The cord is 76 inches long. Hope this helps! Hi I'm 52 years old and I have had neuropathy since 2016. Do you think I would benefit at all by getting myself one of these?
Because I’m not a doctor I can’t make any medical claims for the device but others have commented here that they benefited from using it.
Yes, if you don't use it you lose it. Please don't let yourself become sedentary. I am praying that this will help my husband regain some of what he lost during COVID19 shut down. I have Neuropathy and so does he. We are in our late 70's it's never too late. Don't let it make you an invalid like he has. Hope this helps. Probably not. You aren't burning a tremendous amount of calories here. It is more designed to improve blood flow and increase joint movements. More of a passive exercise. Talk with your doctor to confirm.
How heavy is it to lift
It’s about 10 pounds and does have a handle on top.
Would this be beneficial to someone that has almost complete mobility?
It could provide a safer exercise for people who are completely mobile but may have concerns about balance leading to falls or if falls are a concern for other reasons because you remain seated. Check with your doctor, but if you have good mobility and health, there are probably more effective ways to get exercise for you. This is primarily designed for people who cannot participate in "active" exercise.
Yes, it will keep you moving. I am 78 female and I could feel it working the muscles in my calfs, thighs, guts, and ankles. I also do weight training classes twice a week to keep my bones healthy. Going to use this everyday as I am 100% caregiver for my husband on dialysis. He wouldn't do anything during COVID19 and is now almost an invalid. Praying this will help him regain some of what he lost.

It does. It primarily designed for people who cannot participate in traditional leg exercises.
I did 500 reps one direction 500 the other direction counter and system shuts off at 9999 reps. Have to restart to get the 10,000 reps. Trust me you will feel it. I plan on using it daily. Also my husband. Good luck
Is it light enough for an elderly women to carry or move from room to room?
It weighs about 14 pounds and has a handle on top. I found it easier to carry with one hand on the handle and one underneath to support it. Depends on your individual abilities but I hope that helps.

I wish there was more information on how long to use it starting out as my husband lost all muscle mass during COVID19 shut down. He is ill and took advantage of the situation now he is almost emobile. Praying this helps.

Wondering about knee clearance under a desk. How tall are you & what is the top height of your knees when in the highest position of the ellipse?
Great question. I measured the pedal and it is 8 inches off the floor at its highest point measured from where the knee would be positioned. So, I would add that to the measurement from your foot to your knee and make sure that is less than your desk clearance. FYI, I am 5 foot 8 and my knee is at 27 inches at the highest point. Hope this helps!

Has primitive basic electronics. Uses 12V but still requires batteries for digital display. Very poorly designed.

This is as effective as a screen door on an elevator. Even the commercial uses a play on words, whereas it states that this contraption has little effect. It's motorized, ergo, it has extremely little ability to help anything. IT DOES THE WORK FOR YOU! Plausible deniability is on the forefront of this piece of junk!
For people with mobility, you are absolutely correct. BUT, there are people who cannot stand for a whole host of reasons where getting some movement in the feet and legs is better than none. I've had many people tell me they felt like it helped them especially during recovery periods after illness and injury.
You need to try it. You definitely feel it working the muscles all the way up the leg from ankle to guts. You also can use it manually.
