Any tips on how to not crunch as much and how to follow through straight?
Swing easy to get the feeling down then once it gets easier to stay tall and follow through straight you can add more power.
my foolow through is very bad even though i watch your videos i still cant get it down and my foot hurts when i kick the football can you help me pls?
Hey man, I wish I could help you more but I can’t really give you any tips because I haven’t seen any of your kicking film. So I can’t see what is causing you to not follow through and what is hurting your foot.
