Where I coach football (Homestead High, Mequon WI) we have been doing dynamic warm-ups for years with a static stretch after practice. Definitely better for the muscles as it prepares the muscle for more intense exercise .

Love the videos man, I’ve become a big fan. I punted a little when I was young but played Center and Middle linebacker in high school. Never played at the next level.
Since receiving Jesus I don’t drink alcohol anymore but punting footballs has become my way to unwind and physical stress reliever, so since the pandemic I been working on my punting, trying to better my distance and hang time. Your videos I thought were pretty cool, and even more so when you’d mention Jesus. LOL Hallelujah!
May the Lord continue to bless you in your football endeavors, your TH-cam endeavors, and what ever else He leads you you to do. God bless🙌
