    This was helpful and confirming what I've already been doing through my own research over the years. I had been dealing with insomnia and thought maybe it was supp I was taking too late in the day. An expert on insomnia even recommended taking Vit D at night! Turns out through trial and error I'm super sensitive to taking certain supp late in the day: vit B complex, D and even amino acids that open blood vessels. This podcast is an essential watch.

    What supplemental recommendations would you suggest for women, particularly in their 30’s and 40’s? A few “Holy Grail” staple ones women definitely could benefit from.

    I find that if I take Omega 3 in the evening , it keeps me awake. Same with the glucosamine

    I reached out to your support group and heard back from Michelle. She referred me to this video which I just listened to. I just received your level two nutritional protocol. Everything seems pretty self-explanatory except for the B vitamins. So is it not necessary to take the activated B complex vitamins year-round if you’re taking the daily nutritional capsules? You mentioned taking them at a higher stressful time such as now for the holidays…for me anyway. Thank you!

      That truly depends on the needs of your body and stress levels. Testing with the StephenCabral.comCandida-Test-1 would let you know for sure, otherwise I would take when under higher levels of stress along with the multivitamin.

      I recommend taking these earlier in the day since we do not want to increase energy toward our bedtime.

    I've been really confused about zinc for a long time (I'm also enrolled in your level 1 course). Whenever I've tried to supplement with it (taking not more than the recommended dose once a day), I end up after a few days feeling very restless, and being unable to sleep due to an increase in let's say particular male urges, but also just a general feeling of mania and increase in motivation that seems to raise my blood pressure. Any advice as to why this might be happening? Could the dose just be too high? I try not to take it before bed but this is a cumulative thing. If I end up not getting the rest I need, then for me it's an overall net negative, so I've had to stop directly supplementing with it, though I do take a multivitamin.

      It's possible, so it would be interesting if half capsule resulted in a positive effect. Your Cu/Zn ratio will also be important to help resolve this question.
