Hi,my weight is 70
According to BMI it should be 64
but i can’t loose weight continuously
Because my legs are painful on daily basis and my weight is specifically on legs and arms
Doctores told me it’s not a disease.only weight gain
But I am really upset bcz of leg pain and i feel that I might have vascular problem thats why i have pain and diet is not effecting on my legs even only face is getting smaller 😟

I was following your simple diet, gar ki daal roti, and month main 2 times bahar ka khana b, and last month Meri koi khas physical activity nahi ti and I am PCOS patient , but again I lost 4kg in one month. My water intake in a day is more than 8glass per day. Thank you for your nice tips I will definitely go for physical activity and black coffee
