I tried all weight loss diets since i am 15 years old, i am 35 years now and 2 years ago i found out about keto diet. Its my life style now. I was 75kg when i started and now i am 57kg i want to lose like 3-5 kg more but i am happy. No other diets work. If you cut on carbohydrates you will drop your weight very effectively. I do struggle from PCOS so for me keto really worked my symptoms are very much balanced. The roti we eat now a days is not even healthy as it is not real wheat what our grand parents had. Its all refined to the point that its just filling your tummy with no benefits. Anyways please researches before you start any diet- for me healthy fats, high protein and moderate carbs only from veggies or fruits has worked! Good luck everyone!!
I agree with you on the roti topic, its refined now but theres a brand ‘Dali’ easily available in grocery stores such as Al Fatah. Its Atta is super amazing, totally organic and delicious. I would highly recommend that. Just mix these two together and eat

Breakfast: 2 eggs, slice of cheese ( low carb cheese), black coffee with Mct oil this will fill you up and give you healthy fats, half avocado. Salmon is great to replace eggs sometimes. You can play around just remember protein and healthy fats are important. I also make pinia with alsi, almond, walnut, chia seads, coconut flake, use only desi ghee and organic low carb sweetener. That replaces my breakfast sometimes when im in rush. The link below should help you.
