    Very ture 👍👍.... I have bought a Signature floor and the experience has been worse than a non- listed player.
    Many youtubers have just promoted Signature as la listed player and compared with Godrej and DLF. BUT BEING LISTED DOESN'T MEAN EVERY PRODUCT IS GOOD.
    After being listed, Signature is behaving like DLF but their product are even below or at par with M3M.
    Now, with 4th floor uncertainty, they are charging higher prices for first 3 floors in case 4th floor is not allowed in future. But then in case 4th floor is allowed, they will build 4th floor which will a huge loss for buyers of first 3 floors. Will they refund the extra amount charged from first 3 floors, NO.
    So first SOHNA WILL BE SOHNA, NOT GURGAON. Even Sohna some land parcel falls under district MEWAT 😂😂, DO check that.
    Second , TOLL WOULD BE THERE. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TOLL.,Check entry exit on HARERA.
    Third, One will not use Sohna expresway to reach Rajiv chowk. Most people would need to exit at Vatika chowk for work location. So one will stuck at Badhshahpur traffic always.
    Fourth, Not everyone can be Central park in Sohna - they are unique and will be unique.
    Fifth, Signature land is mixed use land. So there are industrial plots as well. So who want to stay near their factories can buy here 😂
    Sixth, there are hundred better products available in REAL GURGAON. Sohna will always be seen as a secondary town.
    Seventh, if your floor and roof rights are NOT CONFIRMED, DO NOT BUY as Signature has already charged the profits of 4 th floor from first 3 floors. If people still buy, Congratulations you are fooled 😂
