The Society does not deserve the good things the speaker is saying The promoters are not transparent and only have one interest i e in hiking Maintenance Charges Which again they are working on .The infrastructure is poor The walls are so weak that one strong wind would bring cracks in the wall.There is a poultry adjacent to the property from which foul smell keeps coming from time to time.And thus the air is unhealthy for all especially kids.There is no arrangement for Two wheeler parking,nor any arrangements for the pets relieving themselves.The Security needs much desired.The towers though have been built only 4 to 5 years ago still repair works have to undertaken .Overall it is an average society ,not worth the cost of flats.Thanks
Lol, I live here 😅. 90 lacs with all top notch amenities like a club house, guards at every corner, people celebrating all festivals, seeing green hills from the balcony in a rainy season is a pure bliss... What more do you want? ... It will be similar to a 2.2 cr flat in central gurgaon or Noida.
Hope that the windows and doors don't breakaway from the walls in case of a hailstorm.
