    DLF Arbour has changed the layout and in the revised layout they do have a foot over bridge connecting two sides separated by revenue road. They have asked for the 2/3rd majority from owners to get revised layout approved by HUDA.

      Anantraj is mostly ploting community where builders like Trehan ,cbs etc made there builder floor in masses on ddjay plots also birla Navya is on there land bank . So it’s a fine buy if you got a budget Around 2.50 cr .

    Don’t trust me check out official layout of the society with provision of both Overbridge and Tunnel

      Sir , dlf can make overbridge and tunnel only in there campus but can’t make tunnel under the sector road or over bridge over sector road as it’s still government property thought dlf is maintaining it also they is no duoubt that they’ll maintain it well .

      But you can check TCP website you will see the documents of the same
      They have the approvals for both tunnel and overbridge both over the sector road only

      They are different companies as we can see trac is formed lately .

      Not same exactly. They are cousins and companies are officially seperated and both listed on exchange. TARC has raised money from Bain Capital so their product strategy (premiumization - Kailasa, Tripundra and now Ishva) is driven by them and Anantraj is still doing legacy business like plots, mid rise apartments and commercial rentals from their legacy projects
