Good on you for letting the customer know about the case issue even though it wasn't a huge deal. Putting the extra care in your name is always good! Maybe in the future have some extra cables just in case the customer forgets a few, so you're able to get all the fans/rgbs going. Great video!
in the future I'd recommend uninstalling the GPU from the vertical mount for transport because unless it has some sort of clamp to hold it in place, it's gonna wobble like jello in the car and potentially stress the PCB or the PCI-E contacts and cause fractured soldering. fantastic work otherwise
