I love how they seamlessly fit in the video and audio of T Bone playing the song in the same room. Might have teared up a little
This is so beautiful, it must have been so difficult for all of them to say goodbye to their friend. Thanks for sharing
Went to High School with Tommy. When this Band record came out, within a month he could play all the parts on all the instruments. I introduced him to the guitar playing of Amos Garrett and a couple of weeks later he could do those double and triple note bends. I used to see him play often with Pip and Guy Gillette, occasionally with my brother and/or Diane Keaton in the band. he was one of a kind.
What a talent, gone way to soon!! RIP TBONE
R.I.P. T.Bone may your spirit soar!
What an inspirational artist he was.
God bless t-bone. RIP
This beautiful tribute shot right thru me, and made me cry...something so special and profound. Keep the music playing, y'all.
This is just beautiful. My gosh.
Oh Yes beyond words 🤩
Beautiful ❤🙏😎🎁❣️💫✨😘
He will be missed ❤
Wonderful Tribute, Nicely Done !!
T-Bone was one hell of a dude!!
How did I miss this? Great version of a Band classic! Perfect song for John! I've been wondering what happened to GE, I've always loved his playing since the days both him and T-Bone played on SNL! Can you do an episode with GE and the band?
💝💝💝👼💝💝💝 T Bone was a gift to us all
Take A Moment
I can't thank you enough for all your work and the team, standing on the shoulders of genius.
Stay Safe

Awesome
Thank you Mr. Smith

The highlight!!
Tip Top shit right there!!!!¡¡ Who's got a complaint?
How many of you could encapsulate this sing in 20 seconds, relate the basic story line? I couldn't. I've listened to it about one hundred times and I'm still charmed by it, but I admit, I do not know what it is about.
Pulled into Nazareth? Baby Jesus Nazareth or Nazareth Pennsylvania? Are we hearing a Christain tale or an American Steel Empire tale? And on it goes. Great images! But, who are these people and what are they up to? So many questions, and few answers.
Sometimes it's about nothing else but crafting words that rhyme. But I think this is a deeper story. Probably biblical, because the Bible is full of universal stories. I assume the biblical Nazareth, because Jesus was from there. Carmen didn't want to go down to town, but she left the Devil with the narrator. And he's got to get back to Miss Fanny. But beyond that, I honestly don't know what the story is here, but the words just captivate me. I think it's some different metaphors jumbled up together.
💔💔💔💔💔💔
I have an idea for a video, using AI, film, quick cuts and T-Bone as the central character, who rode into Nazareth, that would honor him forever, Daryl. I am a fan of yours since forever, and I have my own interpretation of this song, which has to do with a man "crossing over" to the "other side." Ive been telling people about the lyrics and what "the Weight" really means - and how it has to do with shedding our mortal coil.
I worked in the feature film industry and I can "see" every frame of the video, using this version of the song, honoring your dear friend & only wish you would actually read this, or someone that knew you would and pass my channel name on to you, because you would be blown away about T-Bone's passing and how it relates to this very song. In it T is the star, as he was here on Earth - just before shedding "the weight" and getting on that Cannonball and heading back home. 😇
RIP T. 🙏
