Rich and his friends took a trip to Utah to camp and ride along the Paiute Trail.

The Paiute Trail is considered one of the best ATV trails in Utah. The Paiute Trail is 275 miles long and has over 1000 miles of marked side trails and even more connected spurs and OHV trails in Utah.
This year they camped at a campground at Tropic Reservior and did some out and back trails near Bryce Canyon National Park.

We have considered adding protection but the stock armor has been working great for us. Fortunately the trails have a way of self clearing themselves.

The trail is in the national forest so you can disperse camp around the trail. There are also some camp grounds near the trail.

Do you have a map of a recommended route? I just learned about this trail and am having a tough time figuring out starting and refueling points.

We use a map to plan which route we are going to take and look at about 70-100 miles a day to plan where we stop. All the towns are ATV friendly so it is easy to drive through town to get gas and groceries along the way.
